On the edges of the phone case ,the painted edges part starting to come off and I've only had it for like a couple of weeks.

Not horrible, but I ordered an A16 case and received an A14 so it doesn't fit.

i purchased this case for my phone it gave the right size in the description but when i put it on my phone its too big and its just thin plastic if i were to use it first my phone would fall out of it and second if it did fit there's no protection my phone would break. VERY DISAPPOINTING its so cute but the quality is all bad

I received a box that had clearly been damaged and perhaps the product was used it had fingerprints all over it.

This did not properly fit my Galaxy A15 5G, even though it is advertised for the Galaxy A15 5G. once it's on, the side buttons and the headphone jack don't line up making it impossible to control the volume, power buttons or use headphones. the screen protectors are also too small.

I am so disappointed with Walmart Plus and your customer service team. I am unhappy with my purchase. I have been calling your customer service phone number for three days now and it doesn't matter the time Know one answers the phone. I purchased a Samsung Galaxy A14 5G cellphone and it came with a charging cord that does not fit. I also purchased a cellphone case which I never received although it was supposedly delivered. We have a concierge and all delivered packages are locked away. I don't know how you can deliver something take a picture but the item is not there. I went down to pick it up shortly after I got confirmation from Walmart that it had been delivered. However the package was not there in the package storage room and it has not been there since.
