It's actually not that heavy compared to the size. It's definitely plug-and-play, it took less than 10 minutes to set up. The picture and audio is AI enhanced which is pretty cool. The picture is just sharper and the colors are more vibrant. The sound is good too, I don't have a sound system, but I don't really need one with this tv set. My favorite is the LG Channels, they have a Live TV app so I can watch the news in the morning. I don't have cable and I won't be getting cable, so this little app is key for sure. It also has a radio app as well that I can do when I'm doing yoga or just having some people over. Overall, delivery was easy and fast. 10 out of 10 for value-- the picture is gorgeous and detailed without looking too distracting. I would definitely recommend this TV. The 65” size fits the space perfectly, immersive without overwhelming the room. I just purchase this tv was a little disappointed with speed very slow , pictures looks the same as my 86 inch qned90t . the magic remote did not work with this qned84bu. I wish LG would put the A11 PROCESSOR CHIP and charge a little more in cost to customer. I add a sound bar still was not happy with the sound. I am returning this TV to wait for LG Micro RGB MRGB95B to go on sale. I did not see a lot of upgrade in this TV .
