So far so good
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Avid hadn't many warm days yet this year. So I really haven't had much of a chance to use it.But I can tell you that it was easy to Install with help of course. Very Heavy and Awkward for just one Person. I did Test it and it's very Quiet. And it's Wonderful to have a remote.

Energy Saving AC Unit
The LG 10,000 BTU AC unit I purchased about a month ago has been running great. Really cools off the room quickly. I am so happy I'm able to set the temp from my smartphone and don't have to worry about the AC running when it doesn't need to, as it automatically shuts down once it gets to the set temperature. Great feature, really nice. unit. Looks nice too!

10/10 Highly Recommend!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Such an upgrade from my 8k BTU other brand AC This one is definitely higher quality. It's stronger and blows the air further into the kitchen from the living room, which is perfect! Highly recommend!

Great Air Conditioner
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this model because my old a/c started to break down after about 20 years. It cools the hot room quickly and quietly. My old unit was12000 but. This 10000 was just as good. I recommend this unit to everyone

It's Ok
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This ac does not vent to the left like my last ac did to hit my bedroom, which I cannot have ac in due to circuit breaker issues and yeah we can fix that but our last non LG was much better than this thing!! I have it set at 69 most of the time and it barely cools it off on hot days....really, I would not recommend.
