[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this AC about a month ago for my living room and dining room. It is a through the wall unit. I particularly like the energy saving features. The AC is relatively quiet. It cools well. Overall, I am giving it five starts. I did buy the warranty in case I run into any issues in the next 3 years. Of course, finding a contractor to install it through the wall and an electrician to upgrade the outlet should be considered as part of the purchase process and price.
I bought this 2 months ago installed in a 5th wheel it works great am pleased
Had a room on my house with little heat or a/c, so I could not use it most of the year. With its unit, I can heat and a/c it and use it 365. Nice product. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]
I bought this unit for an apartment we built over a garage . It's an open studio type apartment. No ducting or expensive furnace and a/c in one easily installed unit. Cost was excellent for any other heating system .
Had this unit for one month and have no complaints. There is one 4 inch insulation used to place on the top rear of the unit that took me a while to figure out. My only issue is I can't make the bracket fit perfectly but that might be my lack of craftsmanship.
Works well. Hope it lasts longer than the 5 years of its exact same replaced model (assessed pinhole in coolant line).
Unit struggles. Can barely cool to 69 degrees with outside air at 75 degrees. In hot weather couldn't keep up. Took more than week for repair man to come. Claims unit is operating properly.
Can not use it with a uk electric cord
Unit was broken down, when we turned it on.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have purchased multiple units and they all are defective
