LG 15,000 BTU 115-Volt Window Air Conditioner with Remote, Factory Reconditioned

Shipping box damaged The control box was broken and the frame was a bit bent up. Was also missing a couple of L-brackets Installed unit after fixing bent frame and it works great. I guess I got lucky buying factory refurbished but never again. 5/9/18

Bought online got it damaged,used ...did realize it was reconditioned saying so in such small print could see it,if I had I would never had bought it,because they don't fix it they repackage it and sell it to another person... Been in retail know how its done...and for no one to check it before it was sent to me is unacceptable!!! Took me 2 hours of work before remixing it didn't work,loud noise people down my street can here and smoking...than after all that started the rerun process ticket to the nearest Walmart and was treated very rudely by a woman named Betty She should really go to class on how to treat their customers very rude unacceptable Behavior I will never shop at Walmart ever again I believe it was 806 Walmart Las Cruces New Mexico on Walton Avenue terrible manners.....

I don't know what Walmart does to these things but be careful. Ordered one and when I put it in, it banged up pretty good and did not work. Got a replacement, it works ok, had to make a couple of small adjustments to straighten the bent box for the a/c unit. Not quite as quiet as it should be but good enough for now.

We ordered this unit even with bad reviews. We received the first one beat up & damaged, didn't work either so Wal-Mart.com did a return witout a hassle and shipped another one. This one was dammaged too. The electronic control was broken off along with the same other damage as the first one .. Cooling fins bent, front plastic piece broken in several spots, dented case, & the first one had so bad fin damage that it broke the freon line. The factory/reconditioner does a crappy job and the carrier damages it due to poor packaging ... I would advise to skip this one. Wal-Mart.com customer care is awesome and did a great job calming this very angry person down :-)

The window mount cant be screwed in. I guess the holes are stripped out. All three. Waste of $300. Will be returning

It came all beat up ,but I installed anyway ......and just work for 5 minutes!!!

Ordered in March but did not use right away because it was not needed. Installed last night and turned on only to find the fan making a loud noise and compressor will not turn on. Wish I would have bough a new one instead of trusting that this was reconditioned. I think they resold one that was returned and never checked it!

When I received this in the mail it was damaged and I had to return the item.

the back is all pushed in I'm thinking it wasn't worth the money
