LG 24" Class HD (720p) Smart LED TV (24LM530S-PU)

Perfect size for the kitchen. Bought this model because it has a center stand. Not sure why they are so hard to find. Set up was easy. Good picture, pretty basic. Limited streaming channels, but has Netflix/Hulu/Prime etc. Sound seems good to me, in spite of other comments. Don't love the remote, lots of clicks to get to settings. but I like the LG brand and the tv is great for my needs.

It fits are tv book case with plenty of extra room for wider screen. The only down size I really want a 28 inch screen. It is an improvement over the older version. I like it because it's a smart tv with LG web OS3.5 tv with over 100 free internet channels. I did not buy it for gaming.

In the past several years, I had bought a couple of TVs, sticking to trusted, traditional brands. Then, I noticed that every hotel room I stayed in had an LG TV, so I thought there must be something to that. So this time when a new TV was needed, I wanted to buy an LG TV. I bought this particular model because it is the same size as the one I was replacing, and because of the stand. We've only had it one day, but everything seems fine. Setting it up was just a matter of plugging in the power cord and the HDMI cable and telling the TV that HDMI was the input mode.

Been working quite well so far! I did a LOT of research to find a smaller smart tv, that wasn't too expensive. The sound, for most things, is just fine. However in a large room, or with talking people the sound hits a threshold that doesn't get higher even though you attempt to make it higher. For my quiet little room, and for videogames especially, I never have it over 20. When watching tv it can be a bit too quiet.

I bought this TV for our kitchen to be mounted above the sink. We watch it all day on and off. This LG is a great TV and has great sound and picture. It's easy to get started and doesn't need any changes. We replaced a TV made by Viseo that was awful. we strongly recommend this LG TV.

Great price and quality picture. I'm using it as a bedroom TV and as a second PC monitor - easily switch between TV & monitor on the remote. I'm using the optical audio out port for my bluetooth headphones. I also have a Google Chromecast in the second HDMI port. Everthing was easy to setup. #sweepstakes

The picture has excellent quality matching the large LG TV in my work break room. Previous reviews criticized the sound. I gambled it wouldn't be as bad as they said, I was wrong. The frustrating thing is the connection board is the same as a large TV. I don't want to add speakers more expensive than the TV.

We had to replace a TV that could not be any bigger than this size. This fits perfectly. For a Smart TV, the set up is quite involved and we still haven't accomplished the right settings. The picture is great and the capabilities seem to be a little more than we need but the price was right.

The sound from the internal speakers is not good. My old Klipsch pro media speakers only have the mini jack , the tv has everything but, so now I shop for a sound bar. Other than that, everything performs as well as I could have expected. Netflix, Hulu, Smart TV

I have purchased many LG products over the years and presently own 3 tv's however, there is no volume with this tv no matter what volume setting you select. Internal volume settings are at maximum and still only a sound equal to a soft whisper. TV was purchased with the extended warranty. I contacted the service plan and was told it is still under manufactures warranty and to contact them. I have attempted 4 times this past week to file a request online for repair or replacement and each time when I attempt to send the claim, the website crashes. In reading other reviews this is an apparent ongoing defect that hasn't been addressed or corrected. This TV is of no use in its present condition. I do not recommend this product or its manufacturer.
