We already own another one of these, so when it was time to do another room, this was a no brainer. This is a quality and full featured product that works very well. My other one is 4 years old and not one problem with it....

This thing can put out cold air like nobody's business. It can get a bit noisy when it kicks into high gear but that's to be expected from something with this much power. It could be a disturbance for some. Also, the thing does pull a ton of power. We had to put it in another room to basically have it on its own circuit or else it would trip the breaker. I also like the low profile design of the window vent. Its only about 4 inches high so it is not very intrusive. All in all it is a great product, just be aware that it needs a lot of power and can be noisy, but it will turn your space into an ice box quick.

Works well and was extremely easy to install. My only complaint is you can't have it automatically turn off and on to adjust to temp. You must always keep the fan running and then the compressor turns on and off. The smart app works pretty well

Would not buy from Walmart Marketplace again. They damaged the unit during shipping. Upon return, the website said to return to any Walmart store. The store refused to accept the return and made us FedEx the unit back. I feel like this experience alone was enough for me not to do business with Walmart marketplace for big purchases such as this unit.

The LG 115V Dual Inverter Portable Air Conditioner was too sensitive for our existing electrical outlets. The unit is extremely quiet on fan mode, but whenever I asked it to cool, as soon as I could feel the exhaust starting it would trigger the dedicated circuit breaker. We replaced the wall socker and circuit breaker with no better results. We had to return the unit.

Keeps my room cold. It’s been over a month. For the price should be easier to put together. For the price it shouldn’t be so loud. Feels like the quality in this one is ok but now as good as other lg products. I’d spend a little more or less on a different product if I was buying one again.

I am extremely disappointed with this experience. When I first opened the package, I immediately noticed that one of the exterior vents/grilles was damaged. At that point, I was willing to overlook it and simply order a replacement part if necessary. However, once I finished unpacking the unit and powered it on, I discovered that the damage was not limited to the exterior. Internal components were also damaged, making it clear that this was not a minor cosmetic issue. If the damage occurred during shipping, then the item was not packaged adequately to withstand normal transportation. Air conditioners are large, heavy, and fragile appliances. Proper packaging exists for a reason. Customers should not receive products with both exterior and internal damage upon arrival. What has made this experience even more frustrating is the lack of timely communication and resolution. My initial goal was not to request a refund. I wanted a replacement unit. I was willing to give the seller an opportunity to correct the issue and continue with the purchase. Instead, I have spent days waiting for updates, sending photos, following up, and trying to get clear answers regarding the next steps. A customer should not have to chase down information after receiving a damaged product. If a replacement is being issued, that should be communicated clearly and promptly. If a return is required, that process should also be communicated clearly and promptly. Waiting 48 hours for responses while temperatures continue to rise is unacceptable when the product purchased is an air conditioner intended to help during warm weather. I purchased this item in good faith and expected either a properly packaged product or responsive customer service when a problem occurred. Unfortunately, I received neither. The damaged condition of the unit, the inadequate packaging, the delays in communication, and the lack of urgency in resolving the issue have made this one of the most frustrating online purchasing experiences I have had. At this point, I have lost confidence in this seller. Rather than continuing to wait indefinitely for updates, I would rather purchase from a retailer that has a more reliable support process and established protection plans. Customers should not be left wondering whether they will receive a replacement, a refund, or any response at all after receiving a damaged product. I hope this feedback is taken seriously so future customers do not have the same experience.

Disastrous experience. Air conditioner dropped off on my yard upside down in a box with a big hole and all taped up. No way was this a new product. Took a week and a half to deal with return and in the end they never picked it up. I had to get it back to Walmart on my own. Thank goodness my son came to help. Return at the store was quick and polite. Looking elsewhere now

I bought this unit because I've never had issues with my LG products, but this one is not worth it. I've only had for 3 days and I have to empty the water tank at least 7 times a day, my older unit i only had to empty it once in 5 years and it was a cheaper model. This purchase made me change the way I look at LG.

item was opened 2 days ago from perfect box . metal balls so many of them keep falling every time I turn it on. rattling sounds then ball fall then stops rattling. plus leaks water from the front of machine as soon as turn it on 30 percent humidity here in California
