[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is something else I purchased this to treat myself and boy did I do good? The sound quality is very, very good. And I set up the sound bar on with the two small speakers just to see how good they were then I thought I would knock on the base unit wow this is something else on a different scale. Fantastic.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Excellent soundbar, easy to set up, pretty much plug and play, one of rear speakers is the master and just wire to other rear speaker and plenty of cable supplied. Paired with A LG QNed tv, with hdmi Arc connection, and using the wow orchestra, sound is excellent and customisable, use Qthin app allows independent settings of all speakers, got this product at half price and well worth the purchase
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Never had a sound system before and this is incredible! You can connect your devices to it and play any audio you like and then when i turn on my lg tv it automatically connects. It has all these different settings for audio setting, making it ideal for anything you might want to listen to.
i have a 75 lg tv that had an old jbl sb250 as the sound bar, it did its job. Finally decided to upgrade and at first i was looking at the s60t . After going back and forth i saw this one was on sale for 299.99 i decided to spend the extra 70 bucks and buy it was worth it . the extra speaker in the top of the sound bars makes everything sound so good. i love this sound bar and i haven’t even tried the app. I use it with the hdmi e arc and football games, movies and video games all sound amazing. I haven’t really use the ai sound pro or the app. You can have different sound modes and your control and sound bar pair . My old sound bar was good but this is amazing, i would upgrade to the 5.1.1 tho cus. i heard it’s hard to get the read bluetooth speakers
Must last sound bar (2015) stopped connecting to my new QNED. I chose this due to the positive reviews and the fact that set up looked simple enough. As amazing as my tv is the sound it hollow. This system gives sound depth and the talking, clarity it needs. I have the perfect home theatre set up without the effort and wires as per previous set ups.
The LG Thinq app is definitely a requirement to get the full quality out of this system by customising the output from each speaker, but it's not difficult to download and register. The quality is night and day over the TV speakers. Very happy with our purchase.
Great item and easy to set up - wish it would come with 2 sub woofers
I have bought soundbars in the past from Polk, Monster, JBL and others but there are always connections problems. so since I had a LG TV I just went with an LG soundbar. no problems at all.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The sound quality is good, although I'd probably have been disappointed if I'd paid full price rather than almost free (pending cashback) cost of the bundle price. At full price I'd be wanting full 7.1 surround sound, not just 2.1. There are wall mounting brackets included. Although it'd be nicer if there could be a mount to attach them to the TV instead of having to drill more holes in the wall. Maybe a job for the 3D printer.
Quality is good. My issue with LG is the rear wireless speakers you can add to this unit are discontinued with no compatible substitutes available. In addition, the item doesn't work with the Thin-Q app out of the box, you have to download the LG Soundbar app first, upgrade the firmware, then you can use ThinQ. This is not stated anywhere. My issue with Walmart, you can buy this exact sound bar with the rear speakers (S70TR) for the same price as Wal-Mart's in store price at a Big Box electronics retailer. WALMART's online price is $50 cheaper but the store will not match. That's fine, I understand trying to drive internet sales. I go out to the car to place order in app at lower price. It shows tem out of stock but ship to store, pickup in 2 days. OK maybe they don't want to sacrifice higher priced store stock for net sales, we'll see. I place order in app, ship to store but I go back in the store and discretely mark the 2 boxes in stock on the shelf. I get order confirmation email, but there's no movement on the order for 2 days. Finally, on the third day I get a confirmation; order ready for pickup. I go to the store and promptly pick up my item, and sure enough it's one of the items I marked that was on the shelf. So you made me wait 3 days for an item that is not competitively priced in the store, but gave me store stock anyway. Not happy, returned and purchased the model with rear speakers included at a competitor for the same price as this one is priced in store.
