Best tv in my life, although it is not the most expensive or the most. I have never had a tv this good in my life, although it is a complicated smart tv, and I now know I need other stuff to go with it because I don't have cable tv, and only my phone cellular data, I can still get internet out here in the country, and maybe my tv can too when I learn how.

Great TV for the price

Mark October 14, 2025

I wanted a replacement 32" TV for my TV stand we use to roll out on the deck. We have LG TV's in the house and wanted to keep the same brand because we're used to the operating system. This TV is perfect. Decent picture. I use a sound bar so I can't comment on the TV speakers. Set up was simple. It defaults to the app screen on start up, but that is an easy setting to change in the settings menu if you want it to come on to the last channel used. The price was very good for such a nice TV.

LG TV installation a breeze

krispychef May 31, 2025

This is the very first time I ever installed a TV. This LG was a breeze! I watched a YouTube tutorial video and it took me 20 minutes to program the television. This was a great value and our home wi-fi immediately. connected seamlessly! We watched a movie and I absolutely loved the picture ! Clearly this was a very smart purchase!

Excellent

Best budget TV under 15K, I have already the same model this is my 2nd one .. Panel colours AI sound software 👌 are very good compared to other televisions available in market. Software was very smooth , yes there were minor lags but it's ok, in this price point. Overall I think there was no other television in this budget better than this.. In the other hand I must say service and support from LG , Excellent. Order experience from LG website, Delivery, Installation everything was so smooth . Keep it up 👍 👌

LG smart tv, it's too smart for me!

Richard December 30, 2025

The tv display is crisp and bright and the audio is good too. My first complaint is the over complicated remote control. There are 46 control buttons, with tiny, cryptic buttons that too tiny for my adult size fingers. Secondly, the tv setup program automatically tries to make you sign-up for Disney, Netflix, Prime video and the LG channels. Overall it's Too complicated and loaded with sales pitches for add-ons. A tv should be simple to operate and have controls that are easy to understand and use.

Great if you watching straight on or level.

Craig July 15, 2025

Bought one that is kept on a dresser and picture quality is amazing. Bought a 2nd one to keep at higher angle in another room and the image looks atrocious and washed out...really bad viewing angle on these. I am keeping the one for the dresser but the 2nd is going back....very disappointed...even tried it on the ground while sitting in front of it and the picture quality was soooo much better...very disappointment...

Overly complicated

Stevie w December 29, 2025

Very flimsy construction tv. Extremely light with no obvious Build quality. Set up like everything else these days is nigh on impossible for people of a certain age.. I'm pretty tech savvy and to me it seems overly complicated. For older folk you just want a TV you can turn on and change channels. This is not one of them and probably are just the same of most modern TVs. The remote is cheap and nasty with tiny buttons you can't make out unless your in a very well lit room. I've just set it up for my 72 Yr old sister and spent two hours trying to show her how to turn it on and find the live TV channels. In the end I told her just to press the inputs button and move to live channels. Everything else is well beyond her and I can't blame her.. CAN'T WE MAKE SOME DUMB TV'S for the older generation?

Not the best for the price.

Richard September 5, 2025

It wasn't easy to set up. LG has it own program to get ThinIQ which complicated the instructions to get the tv set up. I had to make adjustments on the settings for sound and brightness which were way off on the scale.

Buyer beware when it comes to LG. I purchased an LG 32 inch Smart TV from Walmart in December 2025. The TV was manufactured in September 2025, so it has not even been a year since it was made, and I have only owned it for about 4 months. The TV itself still works through the LG ThinQ app, but no physical remote will work with it anymore. I tested multiple LG remotes, including one that works perfectly on my other LG TV, and none of them will control this television. That points to the IR receiver sensor inside the TV, not the remote. What makes it even more frustrating is that LG told me the remote I have is not compatible with the TV. That makes no sense. If the remote was not compatible, it would not have worked from the beginning. It worked perfectly fine for 4 months, so this is clearly not a compatibility issue. I spent almost 3 hours dealing with LG's online chatbot and speaking with 3 different representatives. Instead of properly addressing what appears to be a failed IR receiver sensor inside the TV, they wanted to send me another remote, which is a waste of time and money because multiple remotes have already been tested. Then they told me I could send the TV back for repair, but since I no longer have the original box, I would have to pay around $60 or more just to package and ship it back. On top of that, I could be without the TV for 1 to 2 months while they repair a TV that is only a few months old. One representative told me they would contact Walmart and let them know LG was approving a replacement TV through Walmart. Instead, I was placed on hold and transferred to Walmart's automated customer service line, which did not resolve anything. Walmart's automated system only referenced the 30 day return window. I also purchased a 3 year protection plan through Walmart, but I was told I cannot use that plan until LG's 1 year manufacturer warranty expires, which basically means the 3 year warranty is really only useful after LG's warranty runs out. This should have been simple. A nearly new TV, still under manufacturer warranty, should either be repaired locally, replaced, or refunded without forcing the customer to waste hours on the phone, pay out of pocket for shipping, and go without a TV for possibly months. Very poor customer service experience from LG and misleading 3 yesr warranty through Walmart
