I got my first LG Refrigerator for my family and I am so happy!!! I'm amazed at its quality, refrigerator and freezer space as well as its beauty I am so proud. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased this on 12/10/22 replacing a 12 year old lower freezer unit. What a great upgrade! Just a little bigger, but lots more room. We are so pleased with the features and the layout of the inner drawers and shelves.

When Chris the repairman did come out he was very kind professional and knowledgeable. We were very pleased!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Honest review it's been a great unit, until it when out a day away from thanksgiving we lost everything fridge and freezer, and still don't have a refrigerator working kinda sucks, can't get someone to work on it cause a lot of service companies don't want nothing to do with LG, been without a fridge for 14 days, and I talked to them today to complain of corse and they said I should here something in 24/48 hrs to either get a new fridge or a refund.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the LG Refrigerator less than 4 years ago and the compressor failed, and the compressor had to be replaced.

Broke right after warranty and tried them fixed price repair program and they couldn't fix it after three times over a month! If you want to be fridgeless for a month and throw out food every time it breaks again, i recommend an LG Fridge. Never buying LG fridges again! Hope this helps anyone else on the fence!
