LG LRSOS2706D 27 Cu. Ft. Black Stainless Steel Side-by-Side Smart Refrigerator

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this refrigerator last year, I did have some minor issues but LG fixed all of my problems. The frid. is working better than we expexted; very happy with the design and performance.

Old fridge went out and I just needed a fridge. I thought this was just a novelty at first, but I gotta admit that I really like it. Some of the negative reviews had me concerned, but if you look deep at them, some are just petty. Overall, after a few months, I'm very pleased. I already had LG Thin Q for the washer and dryer, so the Knock Knock just fell into place. If I have one negative, I have to get used to the bin handles being on the bottom of the bins. but that not a deal breaker.

Nice looking model. Water does not come out too cold, craft ice maker broke and I was sent the part to install and fix (easy), the app really doesn't do to much and, to be honest, the knock on window to see the interior contents isn't very useful on a day to day basis.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] A day after refrigerator arrived I noticed a panel on the top of it was missing, called the number given n the person n tech could not find it sooooo they sent out a tech n after him being on the phone with another guy they said it don't exist and left sooooo I went back to the store I purchased it from and took a picture of what they said doesn't exist. AMAZING

We bought this for our new home, guess we didn't research enough, who ever thought the large round ice “balls”:were a good idea, was wrong…..we make a lot of ice tea and ever since we've had this refrigerated the “balls” still have a funny taste even after disposing of 4 trays! Have even tried baking soda. The pull out drawers opening from the bottom are very unhandy. Chose this refrigerator because of the dispenser for the water, small cubes and crushed ice, no handles to open doors and it does seem roomy.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the worst refrigerator I have ever had it is terrible had a new compressor put in it worked only a month it probably hasn't been operating 3 months total it was brand new when bought probably have to get a new one but NOT LG

Never buy a LG again in one year four compressors went out . They replaced the Refrigerator and the compressor was bad when they plugged it in. Went a week without a refrigerator, They brought in the third Refrigerator and it went one week and the compressor went out and damaged my floor where the coolant leaked out. So Three refrigerators and seven compressors. it's working now but for how long.??

we bought this refrigerator in 2021 and loved it ...........until the control panel went out (yes, in less than 4 years) and that part is on back order with no predictable date to come in..........this happened the week before Thanksgiving! Please do not consider buying this refrigerator! very disappointed in the quality of this product and how long it lasted.
