These are amazing speakers! Loud,clear sound,connects to TV,blu-ray player with ease although it does require extra cables to get the best experience. Bass is awesome,has several different options to choose from on sound and clarity. Remote can be used as your TV remote as well,or the blue ray player can be used with your TV remote so you only need one remote. Overall definitely worth the money!

We recently moved and needed to upgrade our previous surround sound system because we only had a 500 watt system and it was already several years old, so it was definitely starting to go out anyways, and the sound would've never been able to fill up the space in our new living room that's twice the size of our previous living room. My husband researched different systems and selected this one because he wanted to upgrade to a 1,000 watt system instead and also wanted one with the 2 speaker towers instead of 5 little speakers scattered throughout the living room like our older system. The speaker towers are pretty huge roughly 3 ft. tall each, and they definitely fill up our new much larger living room with excellent sound quality, even on only half volume. We still haven't even come anywhere close to reaching the maximum volume because if we did, it honestly might hurt our ear drums!!! LOL So far we haven't actually tested out the Blu-ray player yet since we've only had this new system for about a week, but I'm sure it works just fine. The reason I only gave this system 4 stars instead of 5 is because the product arrived in it's original packaging clear as day from the road exactly what was inside of it since it's such a huge box, so thankfully we were home at the time and could bring it inside immediately, otherwise I would definitely be afraid that some porch pirates could've decided to steal it just seeing it sitting there with pictures on the outside of the box and all if we hadn't been home at the time whenever it was delivered!! Also, there was a small section of the box that was dented in, so there's a small puncture on the back side of one of the speaker towers, but thankfully you can't see that from the front and it doesn't appear to have actually damaged the speakers themselves in any way because it's more just on the back side of the speaker case.

So I already own one of these and they are AMAZING! Just absolutely incredible! And I wanted one for my man cave, so I got one from this third party company and it came in TRASHED! I mean HUGE holes in the box, all over! And when opened it looked used and put into a box and sold as new. Once I finally got it plugged up hoping at least that it would work, needless to say it didn't work well at all, I've worked in speakers for over 15 years I KNOW what to do with them and how they sound, this thing must have been absolutely treated horribly to be having this kinda sound come out. I am super bummed because now I have to talk to the third party company and they haven't tried to resolve this. Hopefully Walmart will step in and fix this issue and refund my money, because I would be EMBARRASSED to send this product to a customer in this shape. Hopefully they didn't and it was just ruined on route but my god there's no way. Haha this thing has been through the ringer. My advice? Buy direct from LG or from Walmart themselves not a third party. I didn't know there was a third party company or I wouldn't have bought it. They had it on sale on a good price and now I'm seeing why… just wish it had been through Walmart online main and not a third party through Walmarts website.

Poor sound quality The subwoofers didn't put off any base, even with them set at 10. Sound quality was weak and muddy. Returning.
