Never received it but affirm put the payment for my tires on it and ate still charging me. Run from affirm credit. Bought it at best buy best washing machine i ever had.
I bought this a month ago and it operates much better than our old Admiral washer. Very quiet operation, agitator, and spinning. Self balancing itself and load testing before it starts is a smart feature. Love the glass top and watching the cycles run as well as the many cycle options you can choose from. I looked underneath the top lid at bleach dispenser and the body construction and honestly it has a very good thick paint coating done, that's a plus! Many other brands will rust out in certain points, I don't see it happening on the LG. I also like how powerful the inlet valves and pump appear to perform, this washer drains fairly quick while also being very quiet. No leaks or annoying sounds. Overall for the price, warranty, design, and support it's a good washer.
We absolutely love our new washer! I got so excited when I heard the music that plays when the cycle is complete. So much better than that annoying buzz!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am tired of the washers that have suspension rods! They are the worst technology in my opinion. The spin cycle is so frustrating, so much rearranging clothes to find the right balance point. when I saw the features of this LG, well, there is a reason why LG means Life's Good. Since I bought my washer, I love the way it works. Oh I had not only a washer with suspension rods, it also was an impeller ( I think that is the terminology). Old school agitators is better. at least that is my opinion.
I bought this washer about a month ago. It took me a few loads to get to where I knew how to get water at tleast up to the top of my clothes. I use the "Heavy Duty" setting to do this. Normal barely covered the bottom of the washer so forget that idiotic setting altogether!!! The spin cycle is VERY fast and I've found I don't need to dry as long as I used to with my old 30ish year washer that finally gave out.
Shame on me. I didn't even realize that it is missing a permanent press/wrinkle free setting. And I thought I did such extensive research before making the purchase. Don't think I will ever be completely satisfied with any make/model as the new washers all seem to have the same water level restriction. I watched a piece of clothing on top remain dry after the wash cycle finished,,,, Consequently the wash is not as clean as it should be. Just frustrated,
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the washer but i dont love it. I don't like the sensor, it doesn't give enough water to really give a good clean for some loads. I more likely to wash a small load than to overfill. I've noticed I have to stop it sometimes and select the deep fill option which turns out to be too much. And I can't reach the bottom without a step stool but that's a me problem not LG's problem. :)
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased this product as we had a previous LG item Sadly I cannot figure out how to get it to do anything other than a small normal load or a deep fill deep wash. It doesn't respond to any other times I try to press the buttons and I don't know what to do.
Just had service tell me it is fine. I do a load on normal and it finishes with cloths that the water never touched. I don't think that cloths get clean if not enough water for them to get wet. I have used deep fill to rewash what just finished on normal. I am very unhappy and would love to have it fixed or replaced. Sad you think when pay hundreds on product it would do what it was made to do. Very frustrated no one will hear….
Bought 1 month ago washed 4 loads fine then quit spinning and draining water out. Taking forever to get someone to even come look at it. You would think being a brand new washer I wouldn't be dealing with these issues so soon. Honestly would not recommend this washer or LG product to anyone. Very disappointing LG
