LG 9,800 BTU 115V Through-the-Wall Air Conditioner with Remote Control, LT1016CER

The unit cools well and quickly. It is reasonably quiet. Iaporeciate the energy saver and timer features. It is an efficient and effective unit for the price.

This A/C unit works great and cools our apartment in 2 mins or less. It arrived in good condition and it just works. It could be quieter, but it has no coil whine.

It cools the room quickly! I ordered 2. my wall sleeve was a little larger than the ac unit but the units come with different size insulation strips to fill in the gaps. the frame is a great addition that separates this brand from others. I needed it to look as good as it feels and it definitely does. it does come out a few inches (like 3-4") but thats fine with me. the energy saver is a little annoying for me. it cuts off as soon as it reaches a certain temp but then it turns back on quickly once that air travels away from the ac. so depending on what temp you choose it will turn on and off on and off on and off and it leaves me wondering how is it possibly saving energy doing that LOL again it depends on what temp you set. it doesn't always do that. other than that, its great. i really only needed about 7,000 btus so the 10,000 cools my room within minutes.

I have had this unit running for about a month. Works great at keeping a small, insulated room cool. My only complaint is that it's loud enough to drown out the TV and I have to turn the volume up and down as the AC goes off and on frequently.

item was damaged in shipment ask for them to come get it but no... no refund till i take it back to the store im disabled and unable. therefore i have a damage air conditioner i cannot use and a waste of well ovwr $700.00

Air conditioner that we bought from you was defective, fan was broken apart upon delivery.. When we reported this issue to Walmart we were redirected to different company, which in turn redirected us to LG. When LG technician arrived he could not fix it, but refused to give us replacement , or refund. He ordered a new fan and we have to wait for a month before fan arrives. We have to stay without AC for more than a month in a very hot weather. We had a horrible experience with our purchase and we never deal with Walmart again!

Stopped cooling after 8 days of use. Only blowing air. So frustrating to get the install done on the wall unit only to find out it was defective. Walmart needs to do way better with quality control before shipping.
