LG WKE100HVA 4.5/7.4 Cu. Ft. Smart Front Load WashTower - Graphite Steel

This W/D unit has been great so far! It's much quieter than our older Sears pair. Plus the use of the app is very helpful. We love to see the electrical usage (kWh) and monthly comparisons. The only problem we've noticed is the power and start buttons need to touched just right or several times. Otherwise it's wonderful.

We recently bought the LG Washtower and we are so pleased with this purchase!!! The unit works extremely well and both appliances are very quiet. They work extremely well and can be paired with the LG app on your smartphone. Since this is purchased as a single unit, there is no need to buy a stacking set either.

We had a space constraint and decided to purchase this wash tower, it is the most wonderful and versatile gadget we ever owned… we use it literally every single day, it operates like a Cadillac… sleek and reliable, quality, quiet, washes and dries like commercial equipment does, and it's right here in our own home :-) it's been life changing…

I bought this item about a month ago. Since the first use had an issue, but the technician came to fix it quickly and so far I'm happy with it

I do like both the washer and dryer units. They work well. My complete disappointment, however, is the dryer does not have a cool down feature in the last few minutes of the cycle, nor does it have an air only feature. I am absolutely dumbfounded. I have owned at least 5-6 washer dryer sets in my lifetime. This is a first. The designers of this product obviously have never done laundry.

Felt like I was working with scammers. Walmart kept giving me the 24-48hr hold off just to tell me it was too late to return the item. The set was too large for our basement ceiling and we contacted Walmart who informed us that we purchased from a third party company. I had to go through my financial institution to get my refund.
