[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] this LG BTU Smart Wi-Fi Window AC is seriously saving me this summer! I was melting before, and now my room will starts to cool down within minutes. It has 2 cooling speeds Energy Saver mode, Sleep Mode, and a 24‑hour timer for customized comfort. What I love most is that I can control it straight from my phone due it being fully Wi‑Fi enabled it works with LG ThinQ app, Alexa, and Google Assistant. It super convenient and allow me to control temperature, set schedules, monitor energy remotely plus let me know when the filter need to clened out. Whether I’m out running errands or curled up watching Netflix, I just tap and adjust the temp without moving. It’s way quieter then i expected plus the sleek white color actually blends into my space without being bulky or ugly.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This LG AC is well needed for this summer time heat. I think it’s so awesome that it has Wi-Fi capabilities. I’ve never heard of the before so I can turn on/off my AC while I’m not home or before I get home to cool my space down in this summer heat. It’s easy to put together, but was a bit of a hassle for me to install in my apartment window. It does make a loud noise on high fan speed. I love that it has energy saving mode & it has cold lock as well. So I. An lock the set temperature so my kids can’t change it. Overall this is a very smart AC & I recommend it.

this unit made more noise than a unit with double the BTUs. I could not put this unit in any room, because if this unnit were in a room were to be in use ,we would need for a PA system. and I don't recommend it

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This unit took a little getting used to, don't get me wrong it kicks out the cold air like you wouldn't believe, it's more than enough power for our 20x20 bedroom. But it can be quite noisy when compressor kicks on. It could be because we have older windows so I don't want to knock it too much. But buyer beware it is noisy, our previous unit wasn't nearly as loud but it didn't cool as much either. The remote control is great to have so you don't have to get out of bed in the night to adjust the unit. It also has an app you can download that links to your phone or any Google and Alexa device for added convenience. Overall it does its job well and definitely keeps your room cold even on 100* days.

Well I haven't been able to try it because it got delivered damaged I bought it off of Walmart.com which is a face for other sellers Walmart told me to kick rocks and they can't return it or refund it so I messaged the seller The seller told me to contact Walmart so now I have a broken air conditioner that I'm paying for and it sits in a box works well thanks for absolutely nothing Walmart I appreciate your customer service

Walmart has one month return on this item. The you have to deal with LG and they are not cooperative. To say nothing of the product completely breaking down after 3 months and this is the second one that has been a poor performer. Not buying LG again.

Stay away from this air conditioner. I bought two and the first one was defective straight out of the box. It was returned for a refund. Now, two weeks later and the second one is throwing an error message of CL that means a technician needs to work on the fan. It's only been two weeks and it's already messed up too. It will be going back also. Do not buy.
