Glad I made the purchase.

Vin I August 13, 2022

I debated for over a year on what TV to buy. Should it be a OLED or not. Initially I was concerned about burn in, but got comfortable with the protection LG has built in. I liked the smaller stand on the LG and after much contemplation, I bought the TV. Was that the correct decision. I am absolutely blown away with the picture quality. I can't wait to show friends my new toy. Universally, they have been astounded. I may have influenced a few buyers. Bottom line is even if you don't need a new TV, looking at the picture on the LG OLED will make you change your mind.

Awesome TV!

RByrd September 9, 2021

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had a C6 65” OLED but moved ito a new home with a large “Great Room”. I knew a bigger screen would be great, but the picture, clarity, color hues of this TV are phenomenal! The best TV I’ve ever owned!

Exceptional picture and great value.

DMB1954 February 24, 2022

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The picture quality is exceptional and the ability to fine tune the color saturation and full array of picture specifications let’s me enjoy the programming just the way I like it. I use a sound bar, but I was very surprised at how good the sound is using the television speakers. Now that LG has the price of the OLED65C1PUB competitive with the high end LED sets this purchase was a no brainer.

The best TV in the market for 2021

Metalguaef July 20, 2021

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this TV a month ago and I am very please of my buying. Very aesthetically pleasing outside and the technology is the best in the market. It’s so modern and beautiful that I am still amazed of the performance. Everyone who comes to my home and sees the TV complements’ it. So far I have no complaints.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this TV around 3 weeks ago and completely love this TV. Quality of picture is very good, especially colors. I was surprised that black can be totally black( my previous TV shows me different colors)))). Very recommend this TV for purchase.

Great picture

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This TV has the best picture I have seen. It's one shortcoming is the availability of apps like ESPN, FOX sports, etc. which requires me to use my ROKU stick. When using the ROKU stick I occasionally get a HDCP 2.2 error that is easy to correct but is annoying. Would also love the ability to launch an app such as YouTube TV when powering on.

Fine tv

Magaman April 6, 2022

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just bought my OLED C1 55 INCH. 2 COMPLAINTS. ADJUSTING TINT AND COLOR PROCEDURES JUST TOO CONFUSING. ALSO LG NOT COMPATIBLE WITH MY MLB SUSCRIPTION. I HAD TO PURCHASE A FIRESTICK TO GET MLB ON THIS TV.

WoW

Nondudebro December 31, 2021

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The hype is real regarding the picture quality. Perfect black, excellent color, way brighter than I prefer, great sound. However...the "anti-hype" regarding the UI is unfortunately equally real. The UI is intrusive, and not family/diverse viewpoint friendly. The UI style really should be optional/fully customizable, the old UI was nearly perfect. There are work arounds, but why should we have to? Pardon my blunt honesty (you asked, I told).

Not quite as good as I had expected

ChrisCimmaron August 29, 2021

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this TV after owning a 50" LG 1920 * 1080 Plasma TV for 9-years. The plasma screen was starting to fail with a streak running down the middle of the screen, so it seemed like time for a new one. The major use for both TVs is showing iTunes or streaming videos by connecting to one of two laptop computers. One thing I liked about the old LG TV was the "Just scan" feature that meant that it showed the whole laptop screen, whereas other brands frequently chopped the edges of the screen. The new TV was not quite as simple as the old one to set up with the laptops. One of the complications is that resolution is slight greater than 3840 * 2160, so it does not quite fit the laptop outputs. This was complicated on one of the two laptops because activating the full screen mode with iTunes videos somehow stops the sound working (not a problem with the other laptop, nor with the original TV). After much messing about, I ended up duplicating the laptop screen rather than showing it only on the TV (which I can do with the other laptop) and not using the iTunes full-screen option, but making the picture window full screen. Having done that, the picture quality is great, and the distraction of having the same image running on the laptop can be avoided by almost closing the lid. Happiness is.
