Good
Love the clarity of the picture!
Great tv for a really good price!
great product at a great price
The UI is making too many recommendations. We think that is why its slow, not very responsive. They needs to take that feature out. Go straight to menu. The picture quality is excellent.
Enjoying the nice clear picture. Didn't give it five stars because it has a little bass in the background.
I was very open to any brand TV when my bedroom TV went out recently. I decided to go in store and compare picture quality to help me decide. The LG had an exceptional picture compared to all other major brands. It's picture quality is next level. Price wise I got it on sale for $50 off. I thought the price was good. Set up took a little bit to complete but not too complicated. You have to create an account with LG. The TV can be a little slower than you would expect. For example turning on and off can take longer than other newer TVs. My absolute biggest complaint is the remote. The remote is medium sized with lots of buttons. They almost put too many buttons and made the ones used most often fairly small. You have to double check that you're pressing the right buttons. The select and arrow buttons are the most used. There are no raised dots on those buttons and the remote doesn't light up. It's next to impossible to turn the channel or select something in the dark. I have to turn the light on my phone on the make sure I'm pressing the correct buttons. They really dropped the ball on the remote. I'm almost considering getting a new universal remote because I can't stand it. Other than the remote it's been a great TV. If you want a really nice quality picture I highly recommend this one even though the remote is a thumbs down for me. They also offer a three year warranty for free which is really nice and something others don't offer.
The picture is good and the sound is "tinny" but most tvs today are that way and benefit with a sound bar. My biggest complaint is the remote. It is small and the buttons are dark. There is no light, if you in a dim or dark room you will need a flashlight.
I wanted to love this TV. The picture is really nice, and that's why i bought it, It was easy to use my current sound bar - paired easily. I don't like the viewing platform. Search is slow, and slow to open apps. There is a delay for settings, and all functions on the remote. The tv instructions constantly give tips for a magic remote, “use your magic remote to search”, which is so annoying because the worst remote is included. So difficult to use. The action is weird, the buttons are too close together, icons too small, and very difficult to see unless you have full light and you are under 40. The remote casing attracts all kinds of dust and animal hair. And of course, those crappy little legs, LOL. I called Sam's and they said I can return it. That's what I'll be doing.
Had it less than a week and would not turn on regardless of all the steps to reboot it, so returned it for a Samsung.
