I love everything about this TV. Excellent quality for the price. Picture is beautiful and it's a smart TV so it offers all the connectivity to various apps I need, etc.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this on a recommendation from my grandson when my TV suddenly stopped working. Was a little reluctant because I always had a fire TV. Was pleasantly surprised. So easy to set up!!! Out of the box and mounted within 10 minutes. Found all my stations so easily. Love the picture, colors and sound.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this on Black Friday along with a wall mount. It has such at wonderful picture and clear sound. The apps are in a convient place, they are easy to get to and use. I'm so glad that this was the tv I decided to purchase.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had purchased a LG TV some years ago and was pleased with it so I decided to purchase this 65in TV. As before I am very pleased with this TV. I like that LG keeps the WEBos software 'up-to-date'. Also the TV menus are easy to use. What I really like is the clear and bright picture and the ease of the app's to watch a large variety of programs.
Christmas eve my old tv wouldn't go on so I had to run out and get a new tv. I saw the LG tv and the picture was beautiful and the price was great. When I got it home I had it set up in 15 minutes and it was on. I was happy to see the clarity of the picture. The options to log in to premium channels by mobile device or tv was great. I am thrilled by this product.
So far I'm loving this new tv. I converted from a 32" plasma tv that was a hand-me-down from a friend and this is a huge improvement. Picture is great. Sound is great so far without an added sound bar. Only negative is that the LG built in streaming platform doesn't have some apps I'm used to using on my old Roku like my local news app, etc. The LG channels are super slow and sometimes don't seem to have any programming available. I wish LG would just use Roku instead of trying to reinvent the wheel.
The picture is great right out of the box. Vivid colors and brightness. Unfortunately, the instruction sheet given for the remote was for LG's top-of- the-line remote. It is totally useless for the standard remote which was included with the TV.
I've only had this tv for 24hrs and I am definitely not satisfied with my purchase. The LG Channels Platform is a little confusing, the channels move very slowly when loading, most channels are definitely not HD, they often buffer and then cut off with an error message stating "there was an error loading this channel" Unbelievable! I have 2 other tvs that are not LGs, located in different parts of my house that are on the same network that work Perfectly fine. I will definitely be returning this LG tv for a refund.
This so called AI mark 5 is a disaster it keeps switching from one platform to another in the middle of what your watching sound goes low then high channel turning is weird change to channel 5 oh look I'm on Apple TV all of a sudden what a disaster !! Is it 4k it looks like a cheap wanna be hdtv trying really hard to keep pixels from floating away terrible !!! See the picture I posted pixels are floating away !!!! DONT BUY THIS
It's not a 50 inch tv only 44 inch reviews lie tv is thin and fragile and blurry it doesn't come in clear at my tv was blurry and you could see pixels and the screen was blurry.
