[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have 5 TVs in our house and 3 of them are LG smart TVs. When the other two crap out, we will replace them with LGs. We love the picture and the LG platform. Best TVs to stream on. We cut the cord this year so we needed dependable TVs and LGs fir the bill.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had my LGNano75UQA for a few weeks now and am so thankful that I diid! I put on the original Avatar, and it was like I was in the movie theater. Gorgeous! Very happy with my purchase!!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Won this at the Casino. Great upgrade from 50" to 65". Never had a smart TV and I'm trying to figure out a smart is all about.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My old TV not LG was dying. I have one LG already, but this Nano Cell has a terrific picture and the remote has so many great features. A great product.
Light weight, quality picture and sound. I purchased the LG sound bar also. I had to dust of my degree to figure out how to navigate thru the screens and remote. It's been a while since I purchased a TV. It didn't include detailed instructions.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Received this as a gift for Christmas and so glad I did. TV is easy to set up and use and works seamlessly with my AppleTV set up.
My first smart TV & I am loving it! I chose the LG because of the crisp, beautiful picture that in side-by-side comparison with my other choice..this LG completely won hands down. Still learning all the ins & outs & everything it offers.
I started my tv experience with expecting the TV I ordered to be delivered on a Thursday and arranged for a person to help me install it on Saturday. I then received an email stating that the order had been canceled and that TV was out of stock. I then purchased the next smaller size TV and rescheduled my installer. The shipping on the smaller TV was a nightmare. I was advised that the package had been delivered. After panicking, checking with all my neighbors and driving immediately to Walmart, I was advised that I would have to contact Federal Express. This required me to open an account on Federal Express and filing a claim. Investigation later showed the TV had actually been shipped back to the seller. After getting the item shipped for a second time, the TV was left by my backdoor. I was told by Federal Express that they could not use the texting system to alert me to delivery times as the shipping number had been used twice and could not be recorded. When I opened the package that had been taped many times, the remote and all of the hardware was missing. I will be going back to Walmart today to see if I can exchange this tv under my 4 year extended warranty. I do not know if it works as I am hesitant to go any further. I would give this review a zero but I had to give it a one because there is an actual tv (working or not) sitting in my family room ready to be transported to Walmart. I have the same TV in another room and really love the quality of it so the TV is not the problem. Obtaining the TV in quality condition has been the nightmare.
My TV package arrived on time. However, Prior to opening it I noticed a 7 inch sharp hash in the lower right front side of the box. This was the Front side were the screen faces. After putting the legs on the Tv and starting it up, it was obvious that the gash damage on the box was the caused by a powerful impact that shattered the screen in that exact lower right area and webbed out throughout the entirety of the now darkened screen with only the illuminating cracks showing. Very disappointed and need a door pickup because my car is too small to transport this 50" TV!
I gave a one-star rating because there was none lower. This TV was a disaster. It continually dropped internet. The sound, although advertised as "great" was no better than any other TV. At startup, the picture was bad and color's just above greyscale. I tried numerous times to get LG assistance but the only help I received was things I had tried previously, which had not worked. Trying to explain to a "Help Expert" was futile. The expert did not seem to understand what "dropping the internet connection" meant. He kept explaining how to re-connect to the internet, not solve the dropping problem. After suffering for three months with this problematic television I finally unplugged the unit, shoved it into the storage room in the downstairs and bought another smart TV without the LG name. I would not recommed this TV to anybody.
