I absolutely love this washer. It's really easy to use and the automatic soap dispenser allows for my kids to wash clothes with over using laundry soap. It is super quiet. I also love that you can change the music when the cycle is done. I can wash during nap time and my toddler hears nothing . I am also able to wash my king size comforter and it cleans it thoroughly. The cycles are fast and quiet. The AI is great when you are in a rush

It is so easy to just fill up the dispenser and forget it for several loads. I'm trying all the different settings and I can't believe how quickly my loads get done and how quiet the machine is. I would definitely recommend this amazing washing machine.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We got our Washer almost 2 months ago, it is a big difference as the old washer was having trouble to complete the cylces, the new LG is quick, cycles go very fast, we are also enjoying the detergent dispenser as you dont need to fill every time you wash

I've had my new washer for two weeks now, and so far it has been working great , clothes comes out very clean. I originally wanted the model without the fancy control knob, but it wasn't available, so I ended up getting this one. My only concern is longevity. With all the added technology and electronics, I wonder how well it will hold up over time. I'm a bit old-school and tend to prefer simpler machines with durable, long-lasting mechanical components rather than a lot of high-tech features. Overall, though, I'm very happy with it so far.

I am beyond happy with my washer at first I was very skeptical about buying this brand because of some of the reviews I saw .But stepped out on faith and I am glad I purchased it ….Love it

The washing machine is amazing, wish I had bought it sooner. It uses less water and gets your clothes really clean. I should have bought the matching dryer

DO NOT BUY. I got mine when these first came out. Was great for the first month or so then it started taking longer and longer to dry. Even with small loads this thing has started taking almost all day by year one. This thing is more of a hassle than using a regular waher dryer setup due to the fact it leave a mess of lint all over the seal and then no matter how much you clean it every 5 or so loads it clogs the water drainage filter. Wich stinks to do literally if i could leave a no star or negitive star i would considering the price i paid was nuch higher ehen i bought mine. I aknowledge this is all new technology but still its way eaiser to just move the laundry twice and be done with it. Or maybe i just am the only one that has no luck with LG products. Only thing i like is that its fairly quiet but so are other new washers. If i could justify buying a new setup i would and chuck this thing in the lake! Very dissapointed

Nothing works. Oh wait, maybe because I don't have the machine? It'd be nice if it was delivered but until then I'd consider this a pile of nothing because it's quite literally an empty space. Support on this has been complete crap, it's probably a good reflection on the product itself. I'd avoid this whole brand as it seems they don't care about their customers.
