Seems really good so far
Have only had it a few days, but so far very good. We have a small bedroom and it cools it down quickly. VERY quiet. Took about an hour to install. About 40 pounds, so very light compared to many other window ACs. It was recommended by a friend who has had hers for 10 years.

Nice unit
Nice little air conditioner. Works well and isn't too loud.

Very nice little air conditioner
I've had this same air conditioner before. It lasted very well so I wanted another. It is a nice little quality made one. This cools the front room/kitchen of my small apartment very well but not the bedroom. It is quiet running and easy controls. Only reason for 4 not 5 stars is there's a squeeky noise starting up or stopping but otherwise it's smooth. I'm very pleased with it.

Good AC the only complaint is just the air fan is wobbly . Doesn't effect it much probably would of been quieter if it had been installed in balance. To much trouble to return it for that reason.
