Overall I really enjoy everything about this TV, I think its so amazing especially the picture quality, thanks walmart.
LG has never let me down, great picture, great Quality, Sound And Value.
The TV is perfect exactly what I was looking for. LG is a great brand!! The customer service I received from Walmart after they shipped me the TV broken originally and I wanted it replaced was HORRENDOUS!!! It took nearly ONE month for me to get the replacement which I ended up just going to the store to pick up because Walmart refused to deliver it again!! First and Last time ordering from Walmart!!! ORDER AT YOUR OWN RISK!!!!!!!!!
The TV was very easy to set up, the picture is great, the sound is awesome, which was one of the benefits that I used to purchase this from other online reviews. It has a lot of apps already on the TV as well. I was able to sync the TV with my phone and can use my phone as a remote if I wanted to. Overall, it was a good purchase and I'm glad I did it.
Smart TV comes with Dumb Remote. I was told by LG Customer Service to purchase a Universal Remote if I wanted a better remote. Has a great picture and sound system but in order to use my Sony DVD PLAYER the sound quality is almost useless. I have the volume set at 30% to watch TV shows, but if I want to watch a movie on my DVD Player the volume has to be set at 100% and it’s still not loud enough.
I have liked my LG tvs in the past. I still have 1 LG smart 4k TV that Ive had for at least 15 yrs. Its still working great and it even survived a move from Texas to Kansas about 4 yrs ago. Its just this tv was brkn screen. went to walmart and dec to buy Hisense 50 inch smart tv, $178 price instead of almost $300 for 50 in LG tv and I like the Hisense tv with google
I ordered this as a delivery to my house through the app and processed through Klarna and gave the driver a tip which is money i lost out on essentially for no reason bc I received a broken tv. The driver was phenomenal and it’s not her fault however the product I received was broken and when i tried to exchange the item since walmart sent me a broken tv they kept insisting I had to return it and not receive a simple exchange. Now I had to waste my time and gas to bring it back to the store in my car which it hardly fit(hence why I had it delivered) and the employee at the return desk said “Epic!” in my response to if the tv was damaged(inappropriate and WEIRD). My only option is to reprocess the order and wait longer for a product I should have been able to receive today.
Not a good product, everything you do you have to log into, passwords and more passwords, the reception for local channels is very poor and I bought a very expensive antenna it was advertised to guarantee clear local channels, false advertisement!! The buttons on the remote are way to small everything about this set up is a joke...The best thing about the smart T.V. was the price, I wish I would have stayed with Roku, trying to get my account back. If a family member had not threw the box away so soon this T.V. would not be here now. I have been had!!!!
TV was working fine for 1 week and a half.. after that it started having wifi issues and connection issues and lots of troubleshooting. Feels like a total waste of money never again buying LG brand
Brand new out of the box. No picture, no video, absolutely none. I tried all the test I could find online. Nothing worked. Tried to get on LG chat line. It would never open up.
