LG 55" Class 4K UHD 2160P Smart TV 55UN6955ZUF

System is great. Picture is clear. Delivery man (FedEx) stayed on porch until we came to the door. We are super grateful for that! Setup was easy, remote is easy. Love how it automatically switches the HDMI port for whatever system you power on. (DVD player, Video games, etc.) we actually bought the 55 inch but returned it only because we needed a bigger screen.

I was worried about the TV being damaged during shipping like many other shoppers experienced, but all was well for me. There were two punctures in the box, but no cracks or damage when the TV was powered on. As for as clarity, it is a great picture for a TV of this price ($348 at the time of purchase). I do have a 65" Samsung with better color and clarity, but also at a higher price point. I replaced my 55" TCL Roku TV with this model because I wanted a Tru Motion Display. I don't think any brand has a better user friendly interface than AppleTV or Roku, but LG and Samsung win when it comes to picture quality. I do prefer the LG Smart TV interface over Samsung. But I prefer Samsung's picture quality over LG. I also have an LG soundbar that syncs with my TV so no need to use two remotes or constantly sync the two like with Vizio. Very satisfied with this purchase!

Almost every review I saw where this tv was purchased online complained about the screen being cracked. I took a chance and my tv was delivered yesterday. The box did not seem to be in bad shape but once we mounted the tv on the wall we noticed where the screen was all cracked in the lower right corner. I called customer service and they immediately processed my return. My husband then left and headed to our local Walmart where the same tv was now in stock and purchased it in store. We installed it tonight and the picture is great! I'm not used to such a large tv but for the price we could not pass it up. The tv we are upsizing from is an LG so this is a brand we trust. Great purchase, just don't try to have it delivered!

The TV is great. Its the FedEx delivery thats bad. Ordered the TV from Walmart online because its only an online option. First delivery I noticed the box was very damaged. Opened it and the screen was clearly cracked. So I returned it and ordered another one of the same tv. Second delivery box was slightly damaged. I didn't notice it was broken until I had it out of the box. Needless to say the return process was very easy.

Love this tv. The clarity is great. The colors are brilliant. Still trying to figure out all the cool things and settings it has. The only thing I'm having trouble with is the reflection it picks up during the day. Just have to turn it a bit and that takes care of that. I like LG products and have a LG kitchen and laundry room. I trust their products and am glad I got this tv. The price made it even better.

VERY NICE PICTURE in VIVID MODE but the other modes are JUNK. I CAN BARELY FIGURE OUT how to set setting as its very confusing. You CANT ADJUST BRIGHTNES NOR CONTRAST or REALLY ANY ASPECT of PIC QUALITY nor SOUND such as BASS and Treble . It only has FACTORY PRE SET MODES. It seem I cant delete apps I DONT WANT. I worked at a SOLAR POWER PLANT and have college ed. FAIRLY SMART PERSON pretty well skilled in ELECTRONICS!!!!!! The SCREEN IS NOT EVEN ATTACHED INSIDE, RATTLES wit surround sound BASS or when a little LOUD. SCREEN MOVES IF YOU TOUCH IT. From what I can tell you the ONLY 2 THINGS I LIKE ABOUT THIS UNIT IS PRICE and PICTURE ,ALTHOUGH Id like to be able to ADJUST PIC SETTINGS TO MY LIKING BUT CAN NOT. .SO I am prob returning and getting another ROKU which are pretty much STRAIGHT UP ON ALL SETTINGS ANDFULLY ADJUSTABLE. So I am A BIT DISAPOINTED ON THIS 1. BUT If you dont want to CONTROL ANYTHING ON YOUR TV , THIS DOES HAVE A VERY SHARP AND CLEAR PICTURE and GREAT QUALITY 4k

This review is not necessarily on the tv I'm sure it's great. It's on the delivery. I placed the order and it came broken delivered by fedex. It took nearly 10 days for them to send out a replacement and it was delivered with a broken screen again! I had to get a refund because they only offer 1 replacement. I'm very disappointed. If you are ordering do not order delivery they do not care about the product being delivered

Can't really rate the TV since it was delivered with a broken screen. This is not the first time Fedex has destroyed something fragile. Have reordered set to be shipped to store. That way it will ship in a Wal-Mart truck and Fedex wont get to play kickball with it. I have had three LG sets in my house for over ten years. They are a good unit.

The legs on this tv are so wobbly they're dangerous. Called LG and there is nothing they can do but send the same plastic legs. I believe there is a serious problem with the design as I have another lg tv that has better positioned legs. These legs just pop into a hole on the bottom and you twist them around to click into another tab like square....there's no way this tv can stand up straight with design like this. Those legs should be offset somehow as they are on the TV that is six years old. Poor design. I love LG products and if this hadn't happened I'd recommend this. But not with these dangerously positioned plastic legs.

Thought we would take a chance on the delievery as we had read a few reviews, price was good and TV sounded like a good deal. Arrived busted now I get to drive 30 minutes to my nearest walmart to return and see what's in stock for collection. It might have been a good TV but we will never know.
