LG 55" Class 4K UHD 2160P WebOS Smart TV with Active HDR UQ7570 Series 55UQ7570PUJ

I hate technology and when I get a new TV I am always so upset with all the steps I have to go through to set it up. Not the case with my new LG - out of the box and never had one issue with setting it up, hooking up to my wireless, using the remote, signing up for services, etc. Easy from start to finish - I will stick with the LG brand moving foward

While we are still learning about all the options that there are on this TV, so far we have been pleased with its performance. The picture is great, the audio is great. No complaints from us. For the price we paid (we didn't feel we needed a high-end TV) we are more than satisfied.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this on Black Friday along with a wall mount. It has such at wonderful picture and clear sound. The apps are in a convient place, they are easy to get to and use. I'm so glad that this was the tv I decided to purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have brought a 2nd lg thinQ tv. I already own a 75” and I love them both. I love the clarity of the tvs. I can see all of the improfections in makeup and all. The picture is crisp and I'm truly looking to by a 3rd for my disable son to game on. I also love the surround sound from the tv speakers. No need for a sound bar or surround sound system

I was definitely surprised with this TV… It's picture is just as good, if not better, than the QLED I bought a year or so ago. And that tv was almost twice as much $. The sound is not great from the tv speaker, but that's easily overcome by the picture quality. The one true drawback is that it only has two hdmi ports.

It was near impossible to set up this tv! It took us about 6 hours with breaks to go through. Even my Tech savvy BF had a warm time, so look out for that ESPECIALLY if you're outside of the US. However once completed, the display is really beautiful. Movies are crisp, clear and vibrant. My gaming BF loves it as well as there is no lag and everything is HD as well so that's a good thing. The only thing that was not so good is the sound. The quality is just ok, but the TV doesn't get loud enough especially if you live in a city which will be noisy. We paired it with a Samsung sound bar which was just perfect.

TV arrived broken and I need to be able to return it.

I have never written a review before... this is the biggest piece of garbage tv I have ever owned. It constantly freezes. We have several other smart TVs in our home that work fine, so it's not our internet. It is just this cr@ppy TV. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS TV. There is a reason it was on sale

Delivery was a nightmare. Let me be clear. This was from the outside delivery company – – FedEx. First, they didn't show the original day of delivery. I stayed home all day waiting for it. The only message I had on tracking was that it was delayed, but in town I called Walmart customer service – – let me be clear Walmart. Customer service was wonderful on all the times I called on this item. They said it would be delivered tomorrow per FedEx. I told them it would have to be delivered before 4 PM as I was going to be out of the house and no one would be there to receive it. They contacted FedEx again and had them schedule the TV to be delivered before 4 PM. At 3:45. It had not been delivered. Tracking stated it was delayed because of weather in town. There was no bad weather in town. Sunny and clear. I called Walmart again they counted, contacted FedEx to arrange for it to be delivered the following day within a three hour period. I left my house at 4 PM and about 1520 minutes after I left I get a text from FedEx stating they delivered my TV. They left it on my front porch. My town has a high rate of porch pirates. I had to turn around and come back and put the thing in my foyer. It stayed there until after New Year's Eve when we attempted to set it up the following weekend. Only to find out that the screen was shattered, upon further review of the box, it looked like it had been dented in at the same area of the shattered screen and split at top and side ( see photos where light is coming out). I am now starting the painful process of replacing the item which involves FedEx again. I'm a bit reluctant at this point.

Worst four hours of my whole year spent trying to set up this garbage. Exhausted every reboot, call support, falllwed page after page after page of instructions made account. Access numbers and it turns out the tv is to new to download any app except hulu.... Do not put yourself through this. Buy something cheaper and get a roku .
