Bought the tv for my Xbox series X and PS5, it has amazing picture quality, color, contrast, and a boat load of features. This tv is easily the best purchase I have ever made for entertainment.
I've been streaming movies and the kids have been playing games in 4K the last few weeks. It's addicting! The quality draws you in and you'll look forward to the next binge. The menus are easy to operate even for those that might struggle with such things. We run all of our components through a receiver and a single HDMI to the TV. It works flawlessly. If your current set is ready to be replaced, this is the one to get. You won't be disappointed.
I bought this model the first of December and was totally amazed with the clarity, color, distinction, and much more from this set. My only regret was that I mistakenly purchased a 42" instead of a 48" which is what I've had for years. I am returning the 42" and have a 55" being delivered shortly. I have an older model LG 48" which I bought back in 2010 while working in Bahrain and brought it back to the US. The colors are always much better than other televisions that I have purchased in the past.
The TV had to fit a space in an entertainment center so we measured and measured. Turns out the 42 inch was perfect. All the technical measures of this set are right on target and the sound system will move walls. And then two snow storms moved in and we really got familiar with our new system. Couldn't be happier
This is the first TV I have bought in over 10 years. The last was a 50 inch plasma and it has served me well. The picture quality of the LG still makes me say wow after owning the set for about a month. I am very happy with this TV and hope to have it for many years.
I absolutely loves this tv for my gaming( PC and XBOX series S) and watching contents. I also love when I'm watching old movies. They look better then I first watch, when I was little. The different picture settings are awesome. I've had many tv's and monitors and this is the my LG product. I am extremely satisfied with my purchase and I'm hoping with enough money or discount it will not be my last LG purchase.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have enjoyed the clarity of colors even at the corners of the screen. The blacks are actually black and the reds are spectacular. So surprised at the details which can be seen especially the facial features of people. Older people's wrinkles are almost scary to see, but amazing!! We did not buy the sound bar because the volume of the installed speaker was sufficient for us. Those who watch fantastic movies and action scenes would like the sound bar for sure.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Watching TV is a favorite pastime for my wife and I. We always comprised quality for price - but never again after seeing this TV on display. Needless to say, it is now on display in our living room and loving it big time!
Have this TV for about a month and couldn't be happier with my choice. Picture is great right out of the box with just a little tweaking for my liking. Colors are bright and jump out and the blacks are very black. I can't speak for the TV sound as I connected to my surround. Worth the price and would recommend it to a friend with no problem
I bought an LG OLED65C2 early in 2024 and within 18 months a vertical white line appeared through the middle of the screen. It happens on every input and even on the menu. LG support confirmed it's a panel or connection fault but refused to repair it because I purchased second-hand, even though the TV was made in February 2023 and clearly still under a reasonable lifespan. Very disappointed that a premium OLED and major brand would not stand behind their product quality or Australian Consumer Law obligations.
