so far so good the picture is much better then my Samsung but i was expecting and hoping for that when stepping up to an oled tv also gives new life to my ps5 gaming experience.

No disappointment here! Added a bose soundbar to enhance voice as my older ears need the boost. Together it’s perfect! The last lg oled we had finally gave up the ghost after maybe 6 or 7 years. It was an early gen of oled tv’s. Pic is amazing and even upscales my black and white show to look really good! Use with Apple TV box and can’t say there would be anything f better. I was never a TV person before but am now a TV snob. Have to see decent pic and enjoy tv time as life is short and due to cancer my time is limited. Enjoy the TV time I get with catching up on old shows and some new ones too. Came from store delivered to home. Setup was putting the stand on. Done! Lightweight enough for me to do and put in place. Even box is designed to help with getting it out of the box.

I have had several LG tvs. I bought this one unhappy with a Sony I bought 3 months ago. I paid much more for the sony. The picture of this LG is so perfect that I have not made adjustments. The drawbacks: I am a nyc retired teacher, not a genius but consider myself able to operate a tv. This tv doesn't provide even a page for initialization. I am sure many people have been unable to do anything once they turn on the tv. I am able to use it guessing, but still, I have say this is a good tv.

Very nice TV with cool features I've never had before. Bought a Pearlgear mount from Amazon and it fit together perfectly. Had it up and running within 90 min

Fabulous picture. I have speakers so haven't tested sound. Not horrible to setup, but not clear instructions ...especially with my avr, still I managed with some trial and error. totally worth it for the picture alone.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really love my new LG OLED, Im 85 years old and not a High Tech Person. I think I need help with a few set up issues but don't know who to call. I have a total of 7 LG Products and am happy with all of them.

I did not like that there was no product manual in box !!!!!! I also don't like the remote control and the bloat software that makes set up a real pane!! They should have a manual in box for such a expensive TV

It has a couple issues with resetting some settings. And dark areas often poorly rendered. It also has serious issues with bluetooth audio where volume control while displaying changes doesn't actually work. Also the home page and the app store are horrible.

We made certain to order this TV direct from Walmart, not a 3rd party to assure there would be NO problems in the event there was an issue. The $1,000.00 plus LG TV arrived DEAD out of the box on June 22, 2026! We immediately called customer support and where told the bad TV would be picked up and the replacement dropped off June 30,2026 by Federal Express. We where satisfied with that resolution. After not receiving any further information regarding this I phoned customer serve and found nothing had been done. And now we have to wait 12 more days to have the JUNK one picked up, then after Walmart agrees they got the JUNK one back they will finally ship us another one. We are not at all satisfied with this ridicules Walmart policy; would you be.,
