. Excellent video and audio quality

Gussie April 27, 2025

I have had this TV for nearly a week and am very happy with it. I have one minor complaint which seems common to TV's these days. My wife needs to stream audio to her hearing aids but you can't use the optical audio when using HDMI ARC. I have had to make up an extractor to take the audio from the HDMI to optical so we can use the surround sound and give her direct audio at the same time.

Great Quality

ST1011 March 13, 2024

First LG TV that I've ever bought and I love it. Picture quality is superb, very easy to install and set up. Looking to buy a new frig and will definately be looking at LG.

Our every day TV now!

Trudellcorey June 25, 2023

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was excited to try out this model from LG, considering the point of entry in the market, and the expectation of a crisp picture. It was easy and fast to unbox and set up, but that's where I started running into some unfortunate snags. First, I noticed that the picture had some definite ripples around the middle and I couldn't tell if it was supposed to look like waves for effect, or if it meant that there was some damage to the screen. Secondly, I had a couple of applications that were going to be very important to me, and I could not get them through the app search on the menu. Those apps were MLB TV and ESPN. Without those I am quite lost, especially in the late spring and early summer! The screen and sound is very appealing and I love how easily it connected to my network and optimized my sound. However, the little things are what go a long way with televisions these days and I'm not sure I'm blown away by this LG. For me, it will take watching live action sports and seeing that the refresh rate keeps up with the motion and the picture is crisp to be impressed. I am looking forward to more watching, and for now, this will go in the master bedroom where we won't use it as much as the living room TVs.

Quality of Life

Vjmeera February 24, 2024

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had LG 55 inch for past 10 years, this TV is still in great condition. This motivated me to purchase another LG product and added LG 75 INCH CLASS QNED80 URA SERIES 4K UHD SMART WEBOS 23 W/THINQ AI TV 75QNED80URA which brings out additional value and in my living room. This product not only exceed the cost of purchase in terms of pictures, sound quality but also provide you a piece of mind and relief. This is the product that I have no regrets on spending any bucks.

Love it. Glad to have it.

Geoff71 March 29, 2024

I had this set up about 2 weeks ago and I am very pleased with it. The only problem I have is with the magic remote. The cursor is all over the screen I wish the cursor would stay in line with the end of the remote but it goes off on tangents. The picture and sound are awesome and I may never learn all that it can do. I am in a bad area for channel reception and can only get 4 or 5 channels at the most. I wish it was stronger at getting weak channels.

Nice TV

MCCTN February 26, 2024

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the tv about a month ago. I really like it. The remote is very easy to navigate with. The picture is great and the price was very good. Voice command is a bit clunky - not as good as Alexa. But it's better than nothing.

Great picture, but has some weaknesses.

TheBigJC May 31, 2024

Great picture, good sound options. Remote is very clunky if you can't hold your hand perfectly steady. And no app for DirecTV Streaming, must use a ROKU device.

Overall I like it, don't love it

Gfflynny June 29, 2025

Overall I'm happy. Cons are: it's very slow to load channels. You can't flick between shows easily or quickly. The LG channels are great but the music video channels are glitchy and often unwatchable. It's like a listening to a scratched vinyl or the video is out of synch with the music. So frustrating. Picture is lovely, sound is fine. I like the remote. Think I'd go back to Samsung if buying another tv

Not Very Efficient and Unimpressive

Jstrolo93 March 17, 2024

I purchased this Television a few weeks ago and unfortunately I am unimpressed thus far. It is not as efficient, clear or precise as I was led to believe. So far it is lack luster in performance, picture and appears to be a bit sluggish.

And now LG requires an account to use smart apps.

madasahornet July 9, 2023

Absolutely torqued that LG now requires an account to use apps. This is a travesty, pay hundreds if not over a thousand dollars for a TV and now they want to sell your data and make even more money. What a shame.
