Pick up at store to be safe
Walmart should stop using Fed Ex to deliver packages. The larger packages are just dumped next to driveway. I had driveway clear and garage open but 55 in TV was dumped to side; I almost drove over it. TV is fair, sound not too good. Not too easy to get set up, but it's okay

Overall, not adequate
Issues with WiFi. Remote control very busy, too many small buttons, impossible to use by touch alone. Picture is great.

Poor quality, Poor sound.
Bad picture quality, bad sound quality. Frustrating remote. This tv ain't worth $100 just buy a Samsung TV they are the best. LG has gone down hill please believe me.

Unprotected Screen, Bad customer service
I never got a chance to even turn it on as it arrived with a cracked screen. The whole perimeter of the tv was protected with hard styrofoam EXCEPT the screen, I don't understand it. It didn't help that Walmart customer service were horrible at scheduling a pick up, because they kept canceling it. I had the tv for almost a month, didn't have a tv in my living on Christmas and they lied and misinformed me that I was getting a replacement then told me I could on get a refund. Unfortunately you can't purchase this in store so I will have to choose another tv. It will save you a headache if you can get a tv at the store.

Received broken. Bad customer service at store.
Received broken in box and customer service at local store gave problems when asking for a refund on the tv. LG TV is great! Just be aware of shipping damages incurred. Be sure to ask for supervisor when asking employees for a refund if trouble is given by them!

TV is broken, had someone come over to mount on wall and when they pulled it out of the box the top was broken

when pressing buttons with the remote control it stalls for 10-15 second no matter what your trying to press. The picture would be so clear and then 10 minutes almost blur like. if your not technology smart I wouldn't recommend. there are too many different apps and settings.
