LG OLED TV: A stunning combination of art and tech

Abysa85 July 24, 2023

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this LG OLED TV a few months ago and I'm very happy with it. The picture quality is amazing, the colors are vibrant and the contrast is superb. The design is sleek and elegant, and it fits perfectly in my living room. The Gallery Stand gives it a unique and artistic look, and allows me to place it anywhere I want. The stand is easy to mount and manage, and it has a cable organizer to keep everything tidy. The bezels are thin and the stand is sturdy. The sound is also very good, clear and immersive. It has Dolby Atmos and DTS:X support, and it can connect to external speakers or soundbars via Bluetooth or HDMI. The smart features are easy to use and offer a lot of options for streaming, gaming and browsing. It has webOS as its operating system, which is fast and intuitive. It has access to all the popular apps like Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, Disney+, YouTube and more. It also has LG ThinQ AI, which allows you to control the TV with your voice or a smart device. The remote control is ergonomic and has a built-in microphone and a pointer function. This TV is definitely worth the price and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a high-end OLED TV with a stylish stand.

Outstanding TV highly recommend

Yoohoo123 July 5, 2023

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This TV is simply stunning. It looks like artwork itself and adds a touch of sophistication to our front room. I love that this TV comes with it's own legs which saves you money with paying for a TV mount or stand especially if you are renting. I haven't bought a TV for over 10 years and was just stunned by the picture quality and how bright and vivid the picture is. It is incredible and my 3 year old daughter prefers to watch this TV because of the picture quality. The remote is so easy to use and set up was relatively quick although 2 people are required. The legs are sturdy, I would have preferred them to come in a more brushed metal finish but they still look great. It is easy to hide wires and mount the remote and any set top boxes around the back. The sound quality is decent. The navigation on the TV itself s really easy. I thoroughly enjoy sitting down in the evenings to watch TV on here and highly recommend it.

Amazing TV

hazcomp2016 September 3, 2023

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've had the tv for a couple of months ago and love using it. The sound quality isn't as good as some external speakers, but it is perfectly fine and better than any other tv speakers we've had. The picture quality is great for tv shows, films and gaming. The tv was easy to assemble but it did need two people. The stand is much sturdier than I expected and doesn't take up too much room, it also looks great and is easy to move around when needed.

Piece of Art

maddox94 July 16, 2023

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was excited when I first received the 55 inch LG Objet Collection Posé TV. In terms of appearance, it looks like a piece of art itself against my dark blue background. With it's sleek and minimalist design, it is indeed the center of attention in my living room. The image is crystal clear with its 4K OLED resolution. It saves up a lot of hassel as I do not have to purchase a tv console or putting bracket and screws on my wall to place the TV. Even though it might look wobbly as the TV is only supported by 4 tiny little legs, but it is quite sturdy and stable that I do not have to worry about the TV toppling. The sound system is amazing as you can choose either AI sound or normal sound. The AI sound system does give surround sound feeling which is incredible. Overall, it is an amazing TV and I am really impressed by both the look and function of the TV.

Accents the house decor however you want.

LG OBJET OLED 55inch March 22, 2023

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am actually surprised that a TV can be a part of the house decor and actually accents the living room or any room for that fact. The TV blends in style and futuristic tech into your house with style.

Beautiful, high quality TV that looks like art

Grace R. March 17, 2024

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm someone who initially buys things based off of appearance/aesthetics, but it's always a huge huge plus when the product is also functional and high performance. I got this LG TV after seeing videos on TikTok, and I understand the hype. It looks beautiful, requires super easy set up (because no mounting), and is of great quality too. I'm excited to share this TV with my friends when they come over for movie or Switch game nights!

LG Pose OLED TV 55”

MumTwo December 13, 2022

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] LG 55LX1Q6LA POSE OLED TV showcased at Milan Design week 2022 designed by Dutch designer Moooi this is more than a tv this is a ‘Lifestyle tv' . Korean LG have designed this model as part of their Object Collection to look good in the home to be considered as part of the furniture, to be more than a black box in the corner of the room. Unlike other revival tv's that have entered the ‘lifestyle ‘ category of the past this not only looks great it also performs exceptionally. LG have not compromised in specification this is a top model . The Pose in its muted beige metal and fabric with its gentle curved edges and slim and sleek design it simply stunning from every angle, even from behind. Being freestanding the need for a bulky stand is gone. You can feel and see the quality of the materials and design. When assembling the stand you notice every attention has been made to conceal screws. Behind there's a built in cover to hide cables and accessories The ‘effective cable management system' however this falls slightly short as the main power cable once channeled down the legs is simply to short so an extension cable is needed to connect to plug unless really up close to the wall which is a shame. I hope this gets sorted for future models. This Tv is packed full of tech. It's a a 4K OLED EVO panel powered by LG Alpha 9 Gen 5 processor with fantastic display clarity detail contrast and colour. True black makes movies a dream to view. The pose really is a case of aesthetics and advanced technology combining. In house web 0S22 interface makes the use of apps accessibility and supports streaming, VRR G-Sync and Free sync gaming technologies, all coupled together with a real sound bar inter-grated directly under the screen to create a very convincing surround sound. I really love this tv really looks fantastic in the home and so stylish and when not in use attractively displays art work or photos. Love it don't hesitate if considering well worth it.

Mind Blowing Picture Quality, So-So Sound

Christopher P. March 17, 2024

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As an avid gamer I was in the market for an OLED television with VRR and a high refresh rate to take advantage of my consoles and high end PC and the Pose has been everything I want. You hear about how OLED's are the best picture quality TV you can get and I didn't believe it until I saw it for myself. The blacks levels are flawless, not the grayish black you get when you watch on a regular LED tv. And being able to game at 120hz refresh rate at such with such a high quality image has made me think about upgrading my regular monitors to OLED's! Although I guess there are some trade offs because I am not entirely satisfied with the sound quality. I find my self having to turn the volume up into the low 40's high 50's for some programs. And I find the voices are sometimes drowned out in the rest of the audio mix. Otherwise, I think the pose is a perfectly stylish and unique looking television that offers and astounding experience, even if the audio leaves a little to be desired.

Cable management features make this tv even better

Nhon N. March 17, 2024

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] TL;DR aesthetic tv with really cool features, but could be a little taller and have a more accessible remote design I bought this tv (on sale) purely for the "aesthetic" and ended up pleasantly surprised by the features! Positives: -Built with cable management in mind. You can attach a power strip to the back, there's storage for smaller plug-in devices, a cover for the ports, and the legs can hide cables too. -Aesthetic design and has an art gallery mode that displays a themed collection of art (you can pick the theme) -It has a ton of apps and features (too much to list). Remote also has a interesting magic wand feature that works like a cursor. Neutrals: -Legs are sturdy, but I don't have kids or dogs. I can see a misbehaving child or large dog knocking this over. Proceed with caution? Negatives: -The tv could be a bit taller or at least give the option of buying different height legs. -The remote is frustrating to use as someone who likes keeping their nails long.
