[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this 50 inch LG TV after my other LG guite working after 8 years. Decided to purchase this 50 inch LG TV to cut my cable cost by not needing the cable supplier since this TV can get me all the programs I'll need to watch without paying a large amount each month for cable service. I would recommend this LG TV to all my friends and family. It's a fantastic TV for the money.

When we decided to get a flat screen for the bedroom, we initially bought a Visio… after several issues with compatibility with my Apple TV, we returned it and spent a few dollars more getting the LG. Not only are there no more issues, but the WebOS system is familiar (it did get an upgrade since my other TV, but still intuitive.

I love the mouse pointer type of remote and the screen mirroring. Coming from a third world country, tvs there are expensive so we really love the new features that my kids are experiencing. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this about a month ago. I am very happy with the purchase. The set up was pretty easy as it prompts you through the steps. I like the remote and all that it can do. Yes, you have to have a steady hand when using the cursor on the screen. Very happy with it so far.

TV worked really good for about two weeks then started having streaming dropout. Had to restart the streaming app. All apps that I tried were affected. Power cycled the tv several times and for some reason it reduced but not eliminated the streaming drops. It still is happening. Very annoying. Also the pointer option on the remote sucks. Very hard to control. Would like to add a headphone set to the audio but cannot get Bluetooth and tv speakers to operate volume separately. To make that happen it looks like I need an optical conversion kit. Not fair to be punished like this for buying your tv. I gave three stars because the good quality picture. Nothing to do with the product but having to be forced to search for my model number using an unsorted list is childish. Won't do it again. As a footnote I do not like nicknames.

How can a 2021 smart tv not have access to ALL relevant apps...very disappointing. Did not realize I had to purchase a smart tv based on app availability.

Order Number: 200010075409631 I just hooked up my 60" TV and when I turned it on I found that the screen was cracked. The FED EX driver dropped it as he was moving it at my front door.

I purchased the set based on the great reviews it was given but I am not at all happy with tv picture. Overall I find the picture too dark regardless of selected mode.
