LG 65" 4K UHD UA75 AI Smart TV, 65UA7500

LG is great, service from Walmart’s online shopping, includes their AI and live customer service has been terrible. I went with the delivery to your house today that was a mistake, store’s inventory was wrong and changed it to a DC delivery, tv never made it , now been going round and round about refund. Ended up going to another other store to pick it up, they were great.

BEAUTIFUL QUALITY PICTURE! I love this smart tv! Went from a 55" to 65" and dangggg what a difference. LG is one of the best in tech! Walmart prices on tv's have always been good! The only issue I have found is the volume isn't quite at the level as the other qualities as the rest of the tv! Highly recommend

LG 65" Smart TV. Great picture and sound. I can turn on my TV with the Xfinity remote, however, the first picture I see when I turn the TV on is an LG screen showing all the APP's I can access. I then have to use the LG remote to scroll down to the HDMI1 screen, push OK and only then will HDMI come on. Why 2 remotes? I should be able to turn my TV on and get HDMI immediately.

I researched "best tvs 2025" and saw that, as expected most were completely out of my price range! So I stumbled upon this LG and done a deep dive as well. It was actually in the top 10 and doesn't disappoint! The picture, sound, the quality are. amazing! We have had this TV with everyday use, for several months now. I decided I could finally give it a worthy and honest review. While this AI is kinda new to us Gen Xers, I wouod purchase again and again! Those who have had problems with the sound... I strive to understand how it would disappoint anyone! It's not meant to take the place of your sterio system, its a TV, we are very satisfied with the sound. We only cut our $49 Onn Surround Sound on for movies, and most the time we forget to do that, as my husband has found the built in soundbar Sound is great! The picture feels like life and you're just the one behind the camera in that exact moment! All the features make this tv IMO the best puchase I have made yet! I got this onsale for a couple hundred, I'd pay more if I had it and needed a tv and knew this one was so much better than our Samsung OLED!

My biggest complaint is the remote. Too many tiny keys. Not good for senior fingers. I have not been able to figure out how to get Voice Command to work OR bring up Google. It said to get the App. I type in Google under Apps %26 it brings up a movie about Google. I have ordered an Apple Box in hopes Siri can talk to our TV because we are not an Alexa home. Little to no support but online directions for this model say to navigate to Settings > All Settings > General > AI Service > Voice Recognition Settings and enable Use Hands-free Voice Control.  I don't have those options on my screen.

Easy set up. Picture looks good and sound is as good as you can get if you’re not connecting a sound system. I like the many options on display and sound. I do not like how slow it is. Press a button and it takes a second to open the menu making you click twice to make sure. Moving through the options can sometimes be delayed while you’re left staring at a spinning wheel. This thing should be faster is all I’m saying. Overall happy with it. The picture can sometimes get grainy or pixeled but it comes back to normal after a bit. Could just be a internet connection issue though I do have a very good internet set up.

I had the LG 55 prior to getting this one. It had a much more friendly menu management system and a much easier guide for regular and LG channels. The 65 is really a pain in the keester. It forgets that I am watching a particular program and buries it in the menus and I have to remember what it was and go searching for it. Where the 55 always marked all shows as watching and put them in a single menu. I really wish I had not upgraded.

I thought this was a great TV however it broke upon hanging it on the wall. The whole TV is very flimsy and doesn't feel solid. The little I got to use it, it was great. Great picture quality and sound but not very sturdy for how much I paid for it. Very disappointing.

This television does not come with the right remote control to use the voice control. I talked on the phone to LG and they told me I had to order one off their website for an extra $50. If I would’ve known this, I would’ve bought my television at Costco.

The picture quality is really bad. I know not a lot can be expected for the price but the led backlight looks awful. When the screen goes dark you can see a lot of white spots on the edges. It's very noticeable and distracting. Thumbs down.
