The sharpness and the color is not that great to setup. It keeps varying as we switch from TV to Netflix to Prime Video. Might have to call support to get more information.

as others say the remote is a PAIN in the ###!. Maybe when i get a chance i can customize the buttons but as it is you have to go through several steps to change from game mode to tv or external drive.. My other set had one button you pushed one to switch back and forth.. The colors are very nice tv overall is very nice this is my third LG I own.. Only compliant is the remote.

It's really nice! However with the size 1080p does look a bit dull for 77 inch so try to get a lot of 4K material, in that case it looks amazing! HDR also really shows!

The tv is great but the start up is very difficult and there are no instructions enclosed or any customer service support to contact. The tv though I was in Latin or South America. I was minutes away from boxing it up and sending it back.

No issues with the product. It is stunning and beautiful. The purchase experience was horrible—there were no proper updates throughout the delivery. There was more than one vendor involved in the shipping and I had to run around them over the phone to finalize the delivery. On the day of delivery, they let me know that they had to reschedule. Overall, not a pleasant experience for a big-ticket item
