So incredibly happy I pulled the trigger on buying this TV!! It's amazing and worth every penny! The delivery was pretty fast and it arrived in perfect condition. The only thing sort of negative I can say about this TV is that u need to raise it up an inch or 2 so the soundbar doesn't block the picture. A couple pieces of shelving board (12×36) from Home Depot solved that issue though. I'm in heaven with this TV and may never leave my couch again! Buy it!!!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is by far the best TV I have ever owned. I am partially colorblind; yet with this TV I can see colors that I sometimes do not always see very well. It is a real treat for me to watch TV and see all colors for the first time in my life.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This TV’s picture is the best I’ve ever seen. It looks so realistic. The subject matter does not matter. Movies, football, live local stations, and network series have colors that look like the real thing. After seeing our C1 four of our neighbors went out and bought a C1 for their homes!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wonderful display with deep blacks and wonderful colors, contrast is by far the best I have seen. Easy to navigate apps and settings. I really do like this remote as well. Top notch build quality with outstanding picture makes this by far the best viewing experience I have had. Excellent value!!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Smart TV number ofapps are impressive. Details and sharpness is incredible. Manual could be more competitive; some settings are vague or confusing. Remote is nicely laid out. Set up was pretty easy, but had to go online to watch video on how to attach base.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Omg, this tv is is amazing. Shows that I have seen before look completely different now. The clarity is fantastic. Make sure to get a 4K cable box from the cable company. Also, the sound is not the best from the tv so I did get the 3.1 LG SN6Y sound bar. Hook up was simple and it made a huge difference. I am not impressed with the magic remote. Not easy to use but works, I wish it was back lit. Overall a 9.9 out of 10
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We were looking to replace our TV. Having done some research, we went to the local P.C. Richard to learn more. The saleman was Very knowledgeable and helpful. After thinking over the options, we decided on the LG OED 55 inch model. picture quality is incompiarable
This television has a very clear and lifelike appearance. The only thing I've noticed that could be a problem is the sound changes volume on its own. Different sounds settings affect this happening. The "speech clarity" setting does this, the "standard" does not.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this TV during the week of Christmas and the day after I bought it, it stopped working. Turns out the power board had malfunctioned. The tech came by and replaced the board and since then it has been working fine. I am assuming it was a freak thing so giving it 4 stars.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased C2 55" but eventually replaced with 2 of a1: 48" and 65". I felt that the picture of C1 was rather 2d, remote too slow, too many large advertising over the screen and intrusive in between my switching. With A1 I felt that it is 3d, remote faster, better upscaling, less noticable advertising. I hated the heavy outdated low base of C1, and prefer the elegant airy style of a1. The sound of a1 is better to me to. I was sooo impressed with a1 that I bought 2 TV's.
