Item was shipped via FedEx and was damaged upon arrival. After powering on all that came up was a screen that looked like broken glass. Hopeful that replacement process goes well.

Great 65” TV size, resolution of screen is brillliant. Very easy to navigate through applications and between functionalities and screens. Inclusion of AI is a great addition. Very happy.

Good tv so far !! the unique remote it has a bubble on the screen to guide you to what you want you just move the remote around like a paddle !! versus you clicking the remote up or down to get where you want on channels and apps . Love it !! Love it !

So the TV is nice great the picture is OK sound OK I know it's a little bit downgrade from the new technology, but you get what you pay and I'm happy with what I bought and I enjoyed it very much. Even the inside the LG there is like a lot of channels for free that I don't need to pay and I can watch and they have a lot of features in the in the apps and in the LG app so you can have a lot of live things music sports everything that was building in the TV and I didn't know and I'm happy I can recommend this TV to my friends and family and everybody. I know I think it's a great TV. I always trust LG and that's it. I'm happy thank you so much.

Brightness is certainly not uniform across the screen with a lot of leeching into the blacks. Audio is catastrophic (the speakers are facing backwards?!?) which forced me to buy a soundbar (not happy about that). Software is rather buggy. Onboarding was hard and Netflix crashes daily. Plastic feels rather cheap for a TV which is supposed to be top of the range in its technology.

I like the size picture quality is pretty good it has a lot of features that you can customize your viewing preferences
