LG 65" Class UP7050 Series LED 4K UHD Smart webOS TV - 65UP7050PUJ

My daughters purchase this item as a Christmas gift. As I'm truly behind with technology. This smart tv has more bells & whistles than this retired educator can handle. I must admit Never owned a tv this large and vibrant picture color. Thanks daughters and LG

I absolutely love this TV and all of its features and apps. I ordered my TV online and there was a delivery option that I chose. My TV was delivered the very next day but inside of a small SUV type car, stuffed inside this car, laying on its side. My son went out to help carry the TV in the house. We open it up and set it all up and there's 2 lighter spots on the corner of the TV. Will this get worse after a while? I'm debating on returning it. I'm not sure why a 65 inch TV was delivered in a car, laying on its side. 😥 😔

We purchased the tv on 11/16/2022. FedEx shipping was a NIGHTMARE to deal with. When we finally got it and got it set up, it worked great for 2 days then completely died. LG customer service has been less than helpful and they put in a service request for us, but told us to call back if we haven't heard back from them in 3 business days. So, we wait. Right now, we're VERY disappointed but hopefully it's made up for.

This tv is a waste of money. We experienced a power outage in my area and all 3 tv Hdmi ports blew out but tv was still coming on and working. So I called to see if i can get the ports replaced and I was told I had to drive to another city hours away to get it to an LG manufacturing companay just to get it looked at. The tv has been unplugged and in a corner for about 1 year now, so I plugged it up today and now it's not powering up at all.

COMPLETE JUNK! The tv wouldn't stay connected to wifi. OS is soooo slow. Apps constantly crash despite being up to date. Location of antenna/usb/ Ethernet cables is in the middle of the tv on the back, so if you're wall mounting it, you can't access the connections. The whole tv is junk. The tv is entirely built around connecting to the internet…. Yet it won't stay connected to the internet. Common issue with these LG's I found out after purchasing. I returned it after 3 days and bought a TCL. Very happy with the TCL.

Got it delivered to me from the store directly today, Set it up, plugged it in , had it on for 10 minutes. Heard a loud pop. It shut off, started smoking and wouldn't come back on!

Tv took forever to get to me, and when it finally got to me, it arrived with a broken screen. called the customer service , I think his name is Edwin. He was totally rude .

Bought this TV because it was on sale for Black Friday. Once I set it up and and started watching Tv I noticed white patches on the corners of the TV. I tried adjusting the picture quality / everything I could to try and fix this issue, but nothing worked. Contacted LG and they suggested a few steps but unfortunately they did not work. LG wanted to send a technician out but honestly that was to much considering I had just bought the TV the day prior. I did not want to go through the hassle of repairing a brand new TV. So I just returned it. Never again buying LG. Do your own research seems a lot of people have the same issue based on other reviews..

I purchased this tv model because i had owned the same model before and was thinking it was a good deal, but when i got the tv in the mail, there was a difference between both tv controllers, it was never adverticed that the tv i was getting did not came with the LG magic controller. The only reason i wanted this tv was because of the remote control.
