[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my second 75 inch LG tv. I has a previous 75QNED916 that gave up after my son pierced the screen with some toy. So I bought a similar, more updated version of my previous model. 75QNED92 is a brilliant TV. Compared with the 91 version I could see a small change in design ( 92 looks a bit better in my opinion ) and materials not sure if are better ( pretty similar too me). The biggest improvement is the blooming that is less visible in the upgraded 92 version and the viewing angles more improved. My older TV had a pretty bad blooming sometimes( this was the most disappointing thing on that tv). The 92 version is much much better. If you are looking for a new TV this model is a must buy, it won't disappoint. Couldn't recommend it more.
The product is great, however Walmart.com Customer service is a joke. After being charged double for a 4 year warranty, I spent 14 hours on the phone trying to get customer service to refund me one of the charges. I was given a different story about the refund each time I talked to someone. I researched online to find different phone numbers that said I would be calling other departments since I was not getting anywhere with Customer Service, ( ethics, Compliance, Customer satisfaction), only to have them lead me to the same call center. where I had to "talk" to a computer to try and get my problem resolved. When I eventually would get to talk to a real person, I had to repeat the issue again. The last representative I talked to asked me to look at my order, which I did, and the charges on my order were not the same as the charges she was looking at, but she wouldn't listen. I was also sent an email from ACCOUNT REVIEW and it asked me for more information so they could look into this matter. I did as I was asked, and attached photos with proof of the order charges and credit card statements, and sent it out. A moment later my email was returned to me saying "this email is not being monitored and no action will be taken". The whole process was very unprofessional and I would caution anyone that buys anything from Walmart.com to be prepared to spend numerous hours on the phone, being transferred from one person to another, being hung up on after being on hold for hours, and then be told they can't help you.
Excellent product and picture! I highly recommend.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very good picture quality and Dolby atmos sound is great Lg doesn't disappoint.
I compared the QNED vs QNED Mini LED vs OLED and it is worth to go for QNED Mini LED than QNED. The color, pixels clarity, and most of the features are in comparable and same as OLED. Where if you check the same with QNED vs OLED there is a lot of differences.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Fantastic picture, remote has ease of use apps which is great as you can just press for amazon prime rather than going into the menus, very nice sound from the tv and the hdmi arc is great for controlling something like a sound bar
love that there is no glare from my windows. Sound is great. viewing angle is good. I have it on the wall with moveable TV rack.
Installation was very easy. It took only about 20 minutes from mounting to making the cable connections to tunning into the cable service. Picture appears a little washed out when viewing from an angle but other than that very good picture. It's relatively easy to make color and sharpness etc. adjustments for individual taste. Sound is much better than our previous tv and has several adjustments for sound to help get the best quality for individual hearing ability.
I paid for a brand new television, but when I went back to look at my order and clicked on the television to get some help setting some things up it now says preowned TV I didn’t pay $900 for a preowned TV. That was a complete bait and switch and so deceptive shame on Walmart and shame on all the people who sold this.
The TV arrived with a damaged screen. The TV was delivered in the back of an suv because Walmart used an independent delivery company. The company that picked up the return drove 120 miles in a big truck. There was no company info on the truck. Walmart did credit my account promptly. Did not order a replacement through Walmart.
