LG 65QNED80UQA 65" Class 4K UHD QNED Web OS Smart TV with Dolby Vision 80 Series

Bought this tv a while ago and has amazing screen light, perfect for gaming in my ps5. It has vrr and all the other specs needed to play at 120 frames on my ps5, happy with that. Remote control is great, many apps to download, even games. Easy menu as well.

I love my qned81 fantastic black level, great colours very vibrant, hdr looks great. Good for Xbox series s games look great very responsive. Love the sports mode really pumps up the saturation especially green for football. No problem with motion very smooth. Decent sound but I got a sound bar. Incredible resolution and detail in native 4k content, sky tv and movies on streaming platforms look great in hd. Nice and bright picture too. One negative is the black uniformity and backlight bleed but it's only really noticeable in the dark.

Even my mum noticed it an shes not a tech person. The technology is brilliant on this, so easy to use. The control is brilliant has all the buttons an more that you need on it. Makes finding apps easier as they are on the control. The roller also makes things easier to find or type. Defo will recommend.

The picture is excellent, control is easy to use and well laid out. The apps on the smart TV run smoothly and are really responsive. To my surprise Web browser is quite quick. The set up and arrival The TV arrived in the box which we actually didn't think we were going to get through the door. Luckily we did and it was so worth it. Very well packaged and super easy 2. The quality The quality of the TV itself is outstanding, so much better than anything we have had before. It is so crisp and the design of the TV is also a very good quality. The colours are also very good which I have shown a photograph of. 3. The sound The sound goes up to really loud which we were very surprised about Considering a lot of TVs nowadays are quiet even on the loudest setting. The sound is also very clear and doesn't muffle when turned louder however it does become quite echoey at times dependant on what you are listening to. 4. The remote The remote is something to talk about in itself. I've never seen anything like this before but it is like you are playing the Nintendo wii and I absolutely love it! Scrolling across the screen without buttons. It's amazing! 5. The app You can control everything from the app if you want to which I absolutely love! 6. The weight and size The weight of the TV means it is very heavy for you to put onto the wall. We really struggled as it is above the fireplace.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Amazing tv, perfect for our home cinema room! The TV came well packed. We attached it via a wall bracket. Set up was so easy, straightforward and quick and we love the app integration - definitely helps when you can't find the remote! The app took a little while to set up but now it's working the user interface is excellent and we can turn it on and pick the channel before getting in the room. The picture quality is outstanding, it's so sharp and realistic looking, LG have really made an amazing tv and we're so pleased with our purchase. The surround sound options make it really feel like the cinema experience - even without a soundbar the sound quality is really good. We definitely recommend this tv!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When we recieved the order i was shocked by the size of this package and later tv. It was packed very securely and ready to install. I'm absolutely impressed by the quality of this tv, all the details and finish it's great, even the remote is so handy, small, have smart buttons for Netflix, prime tv and Disney. It's compatible with Alexa which is great. I couldn't believe all the colours on the screen and how sharp it is. It's absolutely i must have for any sport fan, my husband loved watching this year football league, i like to watch my movies and i need to say i enjoy them do much more now. It's great for any game consoles as give unbelievable experience. Seeing up is very easy and can be done through LG thinQ app which allows you to do it quick and very efficient. You have a range of apps to choose as well so any fan of Netflix, YouTube, prime movies, Disney will find something for themselves. I would highly recommend LG tv to anyone and I'm happy we choose this product and can enjoy all those vibrant colours during our family movie nights.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Summary: The 4k LG 75QNED816QA offers an impressive clarity, contrast, and vibrancy. The OS is functional and intuitive & the overall TV design is slim and appealing! Packaging: LG has started packing in minimal, effortless packaging, nearly everything is recyclable at home (apart from the styrofoam) which is a great effort from LG. Once you open at key points, the entire box just lifts off over the top of the TV. Setup: Initial setup was a breeze, the TV is no lightweight (weighing almost 40kgs!) and will require more than one person to put together on the stand. I do wish the stand could have been better designed and looked a bit dated. The initial setup on the LG OS was quite decent, if you have an LG smart app, it was fairly easy to connect the TV to it and enable a lot of smart features. Screen/Sound: The TV is LG's QNED tech, this image technique combines quantum dots with LG's own NanoCell screens. This way, you can see images with a rich color representation and high brightness. The TV does deliver well, images are vibrant, bright, and very clear. The overall sound is decent though, you would ideally pair it with a sound system. Smart Features: The TV has a number of smart features, you can control the TV from the LG app which functions as a virtual remote, and you can use Alexa/Google to do things like change the volume, mute, and even turn it off. Although I couldn't get Alexa/Google to start the TV from standby, I could from the LG app. Overall an impressive TV. My only issue is you really can't find the LG slim wall mount designed for LG's QNED TV anywhere in the UK (although you can in the US)

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using my 55 Inch QNED816QA TV daily for a month now, and I have been very impressed overall. Set Up: The set up process was simple. The LG Web OS interface is easy enough to navigate and has access to Netflix, Disney+ and all of the other usual apps you'd expect to see. Image Quality: This was my first experience of 4K, and also the biggest device I have experienced at 55 inches, after coming from a 43 Inch FHD television. The difference is incredible. On standard settings the image is clear and sharp, and the AI optimisation only enhances this depending on what type of program you are watching. Gaming: I have tested the television to its limits with PS5 4K gaming. Sports, FPS and RPG games all look beautiful on the clear screen. The Game Optimiser automatically selects the ideal settings depending on the game being played, which works well for the most part, although it does seem to oversaturate the colours on sports mode! I was excited to try the 4K 120Hz capabilities, but there seem to be very few games available that can offer the combination of both. I'm still on the lookout and will test this hopefully soon. Conclusion I can recommend this television for anyone looking for a tv that is easy to use, with top image quality, responsiveness and some fantastic features.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The set up was pain free. The TV was quick and easy to assemble. Nothing to it. The resolution quality is crisp, clear and hands down the best I have seen for the tv of its size. It gets even more impressive  when watching in HDR (Disney). I knew the G2 is an amazing piece of kit but this QNED range is outstanding for the price. A leader in its technology. The resolution does take getting used to. It looks best in a dark room. As for the sound quality... It is outstanding. This TV does not need a sound bar. LG have had some criticism over sound quality in the past but I can honestly say the they have come back fighting with a punch. And what a punch. The sound is balanced and clear on all frequencies, that delivers quality sound which gets very loud. It has plenty of connections with 4 HDMI with 2x HDMI 120mhz ports for the gamers. The remote uses the LG point and click system which make life so much easier. This is my second LG LED TV that I have bought and I can honestly say the quality and overall performance is fantastic.
