I'm glad I chose to purchase the LG 43 inch Web OS TV over two other brands I was considering. The picture and sound quality are off the scale. I am extremely pleased with my TV. It has a wide range of features that make watching TV enjoyable. I love my 43 in LG Tv.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this for Christmas from my parents and I could not be happier. My old TV had an intense blue hue to the screen (even after messing with LOTS of settings) so going from watching the Smurf's 24/7 to seeing what the show is actually meant to look like is AMAZING! Definitely recommend.

Only gave 2 stars because of the delivery company sucks big time but for the tv I give it 5 stars Great price, picture and sound quality, though the shipping company Pilot really sucks as they left the tv out in the open on the porch for anyone to take. The delivery required a signature and ID but they never even knocked on the door or rang the doorbell, just left the tv without a care. Also the box had a lot of damage and holes. At least our security cameras caught the delivery company's nonsense and carelessness.

Television worked fine with no issues until it didn't. It was purchased November 2023, stopped working abruptly Aug 2025. Very disappointed in the quality, not what I expected from LG. For the price it should have given us years of usage. Going with another brand for the replacement!

my first LG. i wish i didn't buy it and stayed with my old brands. this tv is blurry a lot. pictures drag. poor color. I missed return date. very upset about this purchase. LG 7590

You said on your website this tv was 120hz refresh rate but when I registered it with LG they said it's only 60hz refresh rate

It was not possible to use the TV, it arrived with a damaged screen, making it impossible to use. This was after 8 days of waiting for delivery and now I am waiting to exchange it for another TV.
