LG 70” 4K UHD webOS Smart TV

Overall I am happy with this TV. It runs slightly slow but the OS running on here matches the low price so I can’t be too upset about that. It’s feature rich and pairs well with my soundbar. If you’re in the market for a 70 inch 4K TV but don’t want to break the bank, this is a solid choice!

This television was so much more than I expected. I love all the extra features. The voice feature. The streamline of the TV is just a super great addition to my bedroom. The only thing I need now is an additional sound system although the sound on the television is crisp and great. I rarely turn the volume over 15. It’s already so loud

The LG TV was so easy to install. It was just a little bit heavy for me but my 12-year-old was able to help me lift it up onto the TV cabinet. This smart TV comes with mini apps already installed. It was also really easy to link the TV to all my Apple Alexa and echoes. The colors are great and the only thing I think is not “great” is the sound. I did connect it to other speakers just so it sounds better. Great price, great purchase!

Can you say humongous! Just shy of 6ft this bad doesn’t disappoint and for how much....shut yo mouth!! Only thing I recommend is buying it with the upgraded remote or buy the remote separately or dang, if you have an old tablet laying around or heck even go buy a 8in cheap one or an old phone and download the remote app....all the features of the upgraded remote...only drawback is it freezes somwhere inbetween, rarely and sometimes. Other than that, I scanned it for internal cameras and as of today found none, unless its undetectable??? Great Picture, great features and pairs real nice with $200-$400 LG soundbar. oh and so easy to cast your phone screen even without wifi.

overall the quality is good on the TV itself, the remote control however is very cheaply made, the buttons are way too close to each other hence causing a lot of mistakes. it has no voice activation which is a problem having to type in every single movie title upon streaming. absolutely you will need to purchase an LG voice activated remote control to use with this product, because the remote is so frustrating that you just want to throw it against the wall.

the actual tv is good besides some lag in between remote functions but the hassle of receiving it makes me not want to order shipping items again. the first tv delivery communication was horrible with walmart customer service %26 the shipping company. they were telling me they could not deliver to my address the day of. then after all that i received one that was damaged. the process of returning %26 getting a replacement was the worst. after waiting for them to receive my return they forgot to ship my package %26 after having to call multiple times it still arrived at a later date than promised by the customer service. even in spite of the delayed delivery date the day of delivery my tv was delivered way outside of the promised time window that i already had to adjust my work schedule to accommodate. this whole process was inconvenient %26 the horrible customer service on all sides made it the worst headache. the only reason they have any stars is because the tv is actually pretty good quality but for all the hoops i had to jump thru i could have ordered from somewhere else.

Satisfaction was one star due to the damages incurred at some point. Quality - I honestly can't say much here because of the damage of the tv, we couldn't use it to even determine if the quality was good or not. Price - it was on sale, I believe a clearance price. Communication was good but the product had concealed damage. I wouldn't recommend online orders of anything electronic. We didnt note it with the delivery driver because the box was fine, nothing to indicate there was any issues until it came out of the box. It looks like the box fell flat at some point based on the display of the tv.

Is there anything lower than one star? Not only did the TV not work when we turned it on, but there was a huge hole in the top corner of it. When I called Walmart to express my disappointment, they weren’t any help. Not only did they lie about the pick up time, but they also canceled three additional orders after Due to fraudulent activity from my credit card after I placed a new order for a TV that I actually work. Instead of buying a new TV I ended up going to Best Buy because it was better service. I probably will never buy a TV from Walmart again.

I didn't like the fact that when I received the tv the screen was already cracked and when I contacted customer support they gave me the run around with pickup and replacement...several times.. VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH HOW WALMART CARES ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS MERCHANDISE
