After twenty six years my old dryer quit on me. I bought an LG washer fifteen years ago back in 2007. I'm very happy with the LG brand. Good and reliable.
My LG dryer sound came off and I thought it's broken. I called customer service and they help me put the sound back.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We replaced a 16 year old set with these LG machines and are happy with the results
works great very quiet great price nice and big in size
I wanted a good basic dryer & didn't feel that I needed some of the fancier features offered. I also didn't care about having another app on my phone. This one fits the bill but I wish that it was more flexible. I prefer to use low heat for most of my drying however for most of the sensor-drying settings, it goes to medium heat and it will not permit me to change it. In order to use low heat, I have to do a timed dry instead which is rather frustrating since my 22 year old dryer that I gave up let me set for what I wanted. It works well but I just wish the settings were more flexible.
We Bought this Dryer and matching Washer. Did not want to many electronics to add to possible issues. Would like to have more wash options that can be adjusted, Manual changes are not available on all wash cycles.
I bought this to replace a 22 year old dryer. The electronic controls took some time to get used to. It is fairly easy to use but I prefer to use low heat not medium on my clothing. Most settings using sensor drying are exclusively medium heat so I have had to use timed drying. I would prefer to be able to use the sensor with low heat but it is not an option.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I loved this dryer! I had it for almost 3 years. But unfortunately the “board” broke I paid to get it fixed and 4 months later it broke again. So I'm looking for a new dryer now.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] the first dryer did not work. It would not heat up so we had to get it replaced which is a big hassle and delay second one works as advertised.
It was great when it worked. 2 years and 7 months after buying and installing the control board is no good. We're out of factory warranty too. After getting error code TE1, troubleshooting and research I learned that the circuit boards are a common fault with LG dryers.
