I Love this TV. It has a Beautiful picture and the best sound I've heard from a modern TV. It is almost a shame that I have a surround sound system. I also love that I can set it up to use the ARC channel. My last few TVs it would only work when it felt like it. On top of everything else, it was a spectacular deal.
So far, so good! Had it for about a week now! Nice picture, color, and I feel like I'm at the movies! One thing I was super happy with was this tv had Disney+ already programmed in it! I recommend this tv. Great tv at a great price.
For the price this TV is a steal, it does allow you to adjust the picure so its very beautiful on screen with vivid colors
Actually, I would like to rate this a 4.5, but that's not a choice. We've had this TV for about 4-1/2 years now, and the only problem has been the sound volume, but only when watching dvds or Netflix. For regular cable TV, sound quality is great. Otherwise, no problems. We love it!
Shipping broke mine! When it arrived a refrigerator was laying on it in back of truck
The TV is about 6 years old. The screen has become very dark and blue, with some white splotches. After trying power cycling, and trouble shooting HDMI cords the screen is still unwatchable. A TV this expensive should last much longer.
Product started fine but over time, approx. 19-26 months a "blue color background " started to take over. All research yielded no way to adjust for this. Later It was determined that Millions of LG owners were having the same issue and it was caused by defective LED strips used in these T V's LG was aware of this but said nothing to the public HOPING that the units would make it out of the warranty period! There should be a class action on this as it was deceiving to the purchasers.
when we took it out of the box-that had no bottom, the TV had a large crack in the bottom of the screen. We reboxed it and called Wallmart-its still at my home ready to go because no one has picked it up as yet.Iwas told the frieght company will pick up this coming wed.Its been over a month trying to return so I can get my money refunded to me . Im keeping my fingers crossed hoping they pick up
Tv's great excellent! The issue I'm dealingvwith is how bad Walmart delivery service is! They had pilot freight deliver my TV the first time with one person tossing around the box. When I open the bkx the TV was shatter took them a week to pick it back up and three weeks to issue a replacement. I was promised delivery days that never happen. Would not buy any electrinics from Walmart.
We picked up our TV this evening, got home
