I was super nervous bc it didn't offer in store pick up and all these comments about bad shipping gave me anxiety. I was very happy to see my box came in one piece. Not damaged at all. Tv was in great condition once I took it out the box. Very quick and easy to set up. I hate the stand legs it came with. Not very sturdy. But if you are mounting it as I will be, that won't be a problem. Bright screen. Great resolution. Volume was decent. I haven't tried the loudest setting yet to see how great but it was loud and clear throughout the room at volume level 12. Having the apps on the tv def eliminated me having to use chromecast to cast my phone screen to the tv. If you're considering this tv. Just buy it. Can't beat the price.
This TV does exactly what it said it would, unlike the RCA brand I brought prior to this that stated you could stream but after I bought it there was no streaming available which made me buy this TV. Not only can you stream on this TV but you can do so with the remote on the bottom of the television viewing what you purchased - it's just a click away. TV is also lightweight and so easy to hook up with only one plug for HDMI and the power cord and you're in action! Picture quality is superior and the remote is easy to read with many functions. I love my purchase and I recommend it to anyone. I would definitely buy this again in a larger size if I need it.
The colors out of the box aren't great but thats to be expected and can be fixed with the photos included so you don't have to spend hours to make it look perfect also I could only add 2 photos so turn off everything in picture options and leave black level on auto and change the aspect ratio setting to original other that the tv is fantastic highly recommend
Almost every review I saw where this tv was purchased online complained about the screen being cracked. I took a chance and my tv was delivered yesterday. The box did not seem to be in bad shape but once we mounted the tv on the wall we noticed where the screen was all cracked in the lower right corner. I called customer service and they immediately processed my return. My husband then left and headed to our local Walmart where the same tv was now in stock and purchased it in store. We installed it tonight and the picture is great! I'm not used to such a large tv but for the price we could not pass it up. The tv we are upsizing from is an LG so this is a brand we trust. Great purchase, just don't try to have it delivered!
has a great picture . I am not much to understand electronics so setup was easy but hooking up to all the channels for me was overwhelming but that's not a deal breaker but little disappointed I still have to buy a Roku stick for this to get some of the things I want . But I like LG this is My 4th. I would definitely recommend for the money .
It might be me but I don't care for theses UHD 4k TVs. The picture is not clearer. I looks blurry often and the colors are way off. The brightness is ridiculous. I had to play with all the different picture options to even be able to watch it. Some shows are too dark, then other shows are too bright. I have to constantly adjust the picture options between shows and even DURING some shows. Jeeze it's too much work for a blurry or off color picture!!! Maybe I need to get used to it but no thanks Id rather go back to the regular HD. Everything looks like it's fake or "live". I think it's called the "soap opera effect". I looked up adjust picture and thats what came up. I tried the suggestions. It got a little better but still looks fake to me and no way a clear as regular HD!!! I dont think the brand has anything to do with it. It's just the UDH 4K!!!
This is the second broken LG TV Walmart has delivered to my house. The first was supposed to be a Christmas surprise and came out of the box with a huge crack in screen. The replacement wasn't obviously damaged, but as soon as you turned it one it's obviously broken. I will never buy electronics for Walmart again
Thought we would take a chance on the delievery as we had read a few reviews, price was good and TV sounded like a good deal. Arrived busted now I get to drive 30 minutes to my nearest walmart to return and see what's in stock for collection. It might have been a good TV but we will never know.
Can't really rate the TV since it was delivered with a broken screen. This is not the first time Fedex has destroyed something fragile. Have reordered set to be shipped to store. That way it will ship in a Wal-Mart truck and Fedex wont get to play kickball with it. I have had three LG sets in my house for over ten years. They are a good unit.
The legs on this tv are so wobbly they're dangerous. Called LG and there is nothing they can do but send the same plastic legs. I believe there is a serious problem with the design as I have another lg tv that has better positioned legs. These legs just pop into a hole on the bottom and you twist them around to click into another tab like square....there's no way this tv can stand up straight with design like this. Those legs should be offset somehow as they are on the TV that is six years old. Poor design. I love LG products and if this hadn't happened I'd recommend this. But not with these dangerously positioned plastic legs.
