I purchased this 3 days ago and am pleased with the quality and ease of installation. Using the remote and adjusting the TV volume is tricky. There appears to be a narrow focus point of connecting and something that I have to get used to. Other than that, I am very happy with my purchase.

Great tv for under $700. Not mich of a smart TV, doesn't have many apps, so using Xbox or PS4 as to make it more smart with more apps. Basic home page not good

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I own 5 LG TVs. Since buying the first tv to the latest one I purchased all of them have been made well and are very durable! This quality is why I'm a repeat customer of LG TVs.

I'm not getting a 4K picture. I switched out my great performing Vizio 65" 4K tv and put this together and have not been at all impressed with the picture. Obviously not 4K nor can I see what current staus is. To be honest, I've not delved into the owners manual as I've been very busy. Same setup as the Vizio. 4K Firestick with 4K content tier, WiFi speeds consisitently over 90mbs and tv is 2 feet from my router. What gives?

got the lg 75" in September and now from the start I have to unplug it to get it to cut on! after I unplug it and plug it back up it will cut on and off just find!!!!

I was very excited to receive my new 75" tv, an upgrade over my 55" Samsung. The box was damaged on one side as TVs are usually well packed with styrofoam. When we pulled it out of the box the tv was damaged on the back. What a big disappointment as I was looking forward to my bigger tv. Then I had to get a friend to help me take the tv back to the nearest Walmart, as I do not have a truck. Horrible experience. Wish it would have been in good condition on arrival!

Ordered 6 TVs for new home. This was 3rd delivered. Box undamaged. Delivery crew fantastic. We unboxed tv like vascular surgeons. Upon hanging noticed Huge impact crater on front bottom right corner. This tv was broken when boxed. Plastic bag with remote inside had hole exact size required to slide remote in (out). Serious QC issues somewhere. Now have to remove tv. Box was picked up by trash collectors. Can't wait to see how this turns out. I would hesitate to buy from this vendor.
