This was a great TV choice for me and my family. It definitely fills up my living room. Everyone wants to watch tv in here. It's so crisp %26 clear. We love it.
We purchased a sound bar as well, but the TV doesn't really need it. The colors and clarity are impressive for the price. I would recommend this for anyone.
This is not a ROKU tv like I intended to order but it is an excellent tv. The picture is so clear and focused, you feel as if you’re right there in the recording studio! First thing, I watched The Whale.
Horrible shadow detail. Worse than my 12-year-old Sharp HD TV. Every scene with dark areas were just solid black with no details at all. All the colors were dim. I bought a Samsung QLED (and love it!) and returned this LG. I set this LG and the Samsung side-by-side and even after adjusting the settings on the LG, it was significantly darker. The blues were almost black it was so dark, while the Samsung had perfect brightness. If you have a bright room like a living room with windows and lights, do NOT get this LG, it is too dim even when configured at maximum brightness. I’ve always bought Samsung and I will stick with them, and never give LG another chance. Even their OLED’s have significant burn-in on store display models. This TV has extremely slow menus (push a button, wait at least 1 almost 2 seconds for anything to appear on screen).
This Tv picture shows very dark. Im not sure it's suppose to play this dark. Hard for my children to play their playstation. They complain all the time. We've adjusted the brightness to the max and it still shows dark.
TV arrived with the entire front shattered. Now your non existent customer service says i have to wait months to vet a replacement. Stupid store 15 miles from here and the walmart wearhouse is right up the road BUT I HAVE TO WAIT MONTHS FOR A REPLACEMENT!!!
You didn't deliver until Aug. 27th (21 days ago) and it was left on the pallet. I purchased a wall mount including installation. The "Angie List" installer never showed up as scheduled (twice). Contractors came tonight and opened the box and the TV has a broken screen! Two huge impact smashes on the glass. We slid it back in and closed up the box. It is still fully packaged and needs to be RETURNED and REFUNDED! I called and went online and get told it isn't refundable. What on earth!!! This makes no sense. I will take action if this is not handled. I PAID $100 also for contractors to come over and open the box to see it was broken. Since it was strapped to a pallet they said this was damaged likely before it was ever shipped.
I received the product and the screen was broken, I made a return process, there was no exchange for me and they said that your money will be refunded in 5 days, they said you can buy it again then again, normally, even if such products are broken, there must be an exchange, but I don't like it, it can come broken, television
I purchased an LG UHD IQ 85'. The quality is terrible trying to watch Spectrum, Paramount , Starz, or Netflix. I've adjusted contrast, brightness, clarity, sharpness, and idk what else under advanced setting. Even trying to watch PlutoTV or LG Channels still not clear on picture. I would not recommend this tv to anyone. The clarity is terrible, no good clear pictures. I can't watch any apps with clear image. Sometimes the images are delayed and I can see the pixels delayed.
Just came from a trip to open my new tv box . I have found out that there's spot on the screen . It's a crack . I don't know what to do ? Should I get it replaced or refund my money?
