The colors? Insane. The brightness? Like daylight in my living room. The AI picture and sound? Feels like the TV knows me better than I know myself. Honestly, it’s dangerously addictive — once you go 86”, you can’t go back. This is one of those rare times where the hype is actually real, and I don’t even have a single “but…” to throw in. It's the perfect "main" TV for our home where we an watch movies and sporting events and have a really great experience with the picture and and vibrant colors. Setting the picture quality using the AI tool was really easy even for some technically challenged like myself :) The remote also features a curser that takes a little getting used to but is helpful when making a selection quickly on the screen. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This TV is AMAZING!!!!!! Definitely a game changer and the best TV we have ever owned. The remote control takes some getting used to since it has a little ball that is quick to move left / right / up or down lol but you can conveniently use the app for all your remote control needs. We are honestly still learning about this TV as there’s so many features to learn about, but the picture quality is unmatched and there’s different modes you can choose depending on if it’s a movie, too light out, too dark out, etc. the sound is amazing too! It’s incredibly loud ! No need to hook up the sound bar or surround sound with this TV system! LG has really impressed us with this TV and if you’re in the market for a new TV, trust me, it’s worth every penny!!!! You can see the extreme size difference between our old Roku TV and our new LG TV lol. The biggest con is that it’s heavy…. Like really heavy… but I’ll take that crisp TV experience any day of the week ! I can’t imagine watching TV on anything else!

The screen refresh is too slow, and I see lagging all the time. Also, the sound quality is not good at all. I can’t hear the dialogue properly even after adjusting it in many ways.
