I like it. Even though the memory is lacking.

Gizmo2371 May 27, 2020

I got this phone and service about a month ago. The phone works great, but compared to my other phone that I had, it lacks in storage capacity. The phone I had previously was a Motorola e5 play. That had the ability to incorporate the SD card so it can be used as system storage. The LG aristo 4+ doesn't have that capability. Not sure if it was the operating system (android 8.0) on the. Motorola e5 play that made it do that or if it was phone. The LG aristo 4+ or Android 9.0 won't do this. And no other phone wasn't rooted.

as most have said for some reason this phone does not allow transfer of apps to an sd card which makes zero sense. it is also not something retailers want to share when purchasing this phone. and of course a return results in reshelving fees and so forth. get an update asap to allow moving apps to an sd card and this phone would most likely get 5 stars from all users. im guessing that will never happen and if you complain lg does nothing. second bad phone in 2 years. please do not reply with standard contact on twitter reply just make and update to move our apps. no it is NOT the app not allowing it

Just get a flip phone

Jake3674576467788465577 March 2, 2021

I purchased this about 4 months ago and I have a 900m scroll in size 9 Calibri font on why this phone is THE WORST PHONE TO EVER EXIST. So it comes with 16 gb of storage whick sounds fine until you realize that 10 gb are taken from the system and then 5gb are apps that are pre-installed so you can't delete them. There's basically as up to you having less than a gigabyte left to download your own apps, pictures, or music. Now the obvious answer is by an SD card, which I did, except unlike older LG phones this one doesn't allow you to move any apps over to SD card unless it's an APK so basically only files can be moved, it is also extremely slow after about a month and the battery life after 4 months of me owning it to which I charge to 100 and then start charging again when I get to 15% and I never overcharged so the battery life is just bad. Don't buy this phone unless you're not planning on downloading anything on it or ever using it, because if you never take it out of the box it works completely fine which is why I'm giving it one star and not zero.

A great phone ruined

Falkor69 November 15, 2019

Somebody in their 'infinite' wisdom chose to remove the ability to either format the sdCard as internal memory or move apps to external memory. One of the apps I use has a 4gig library and went fit on internal memory. This has been a native features since OS 6 and still is part of the native OS 9 & 10. Other than that it is a great phone.

TERRIBLE Decision!

Jkat371 March 14, 2020

My screen broke and I had to replace my phone. Wish I knew ahead of time about the change to using the SD card. I used to be able to put large apps, such as my Kindle, on my SD card to free up some room On my internal storage. I don't know why you even have the option for an SD card if you can't use it except for photos which are uploaded to a cloud anyway. So now my phone is sluggish all the time and I have limited usage. I've been an LG customer since my very first phone, but I'm afraid no more if they are making these kind of Changes.

JGrego April 7, 2020

You guys are seriously bending us over, with not letting us move apps to the SD card. Why would you do this. You turned a great phone into a huge pile of manure!! Fix this immediately you scrotums!!

Nope

Meowmix87 May 17, 2020

Says 8 GB of usable storage. Super lie. Maybe 4 GB of usable storage. You will be lucky if you can download 3 apps to the phone. Battery drains super quick even with battery saver on

Not Good

DLove February 26, 2020

I like nothing about the phone. Performance sucks, Features are marginal at best, Memory sucks, etc. Why even create a phone with such limitations? Even the most basic user will waste money on this phone.
