Great 77" OLED C5 TV - I would buy again
Ceva logistics delivered but the digital communication had me tracking the package with other carriers until I called to find out. Very well packed and delivered undamaged and early. Set up was easy. It came new in the box and LG doesn't mess around and packages these well. The new roller remote takes some getting used to but is quicker than the old ones once you get the hang of it. After 12 hours I lost the sound and turning off and on the TV didn't help. Finally unplugged the TV for 20 seconds and it all came back. The colors, sound and picture are amazing. I have it integrated with Alexa, Netflix, Prime and my LG App. All the integrations were intuitive and easy. This is a great TV.

i highly recommend
so far since using this TV i find nothing wrong with it it's perfectly amazing beautiful picture quality the delivery service was awesome they are very kind very fast nothing but good ratings here.

I have tremors, the number one thing I hate about this t v is the remote. instead of a selection button, there is a little wobbly button that serves as a cursor like a mouse on a keyboard. unless you have perfect control over your hand it approves to be very difficult to choose to choose something on your t.V. and shipping from this company took FOREVER! shipping from Las Vegas, Nevada.to northeastern oklahoma took 14 freaking days! just go to costco
