LG DLEX6500W 7.4 Cu. Ft. White Front Load Smart Electric Dryer

I bought these machines in May 2023 and so far I am very happy with my purchase, There is something I did not like, the door of the dryer at the bottom where the seal is and the glass at the moment of finishing the drying always fills with fluff,Removing that, the machines are very beautiful, they are very modern, and they work very well, I have little time with them, I hope they last me a long time without having to have any repairs, we'll see how well LG does their product

We have been using it for about a month now. The controls are very intuitive. This dryer is "smart enough" to dry everything properly, even if we have mixed size items. Never over dries. We still haven't used all the features, but are loving it so far.

This set washes and dries in under an hour (or around). I have never completely my families laundry in such short amount of time. Amazing cleaning with many settings that fit all the different loads of laundry we have.

Dryer is great. Lots of features. Remote status is very helpful. Installation service was less than optimal. They could not hook up to my gas line. They only had one hose that would not fit the dryer or the line. Communication was poor. 2nd visit from LG also could not connect it. Had to call a plumber. Ordering process from LG did not ask any questions about the type of line connection.

Very sensitive to flow restrictions and cold air coming in. My control board went bad after five months and it was replaced. Still seem to have issues with the sensor and the heat. I will get notifications that I've got airflow blockage when I have a brand new pipe that was installed. Re-taped around some of the joints on that pipe to see if that helps.

Why only Fair? The door on this dryer does not make a complete connection with the dryer. There is a gap at the edge of the door. I had LG appliance person check it out. He said this is a common issue/complaint with this model. I would not recommend this dryer until they fix the issue of the door. The dryer itself works ok.

We have not been able to use it once because it has no heat, repairman came out after one week and found a bad gas valve and thermistor. 2 weeks later and he is supposed to be back tomorrow to install parts! Only reason I have a one star is because there were no zero stars

The product seems fine, but I would not know. It's a good looking machine. The control dial and selectors are very intuitive, and the beeps it makes are actually enjoyable.
