LG DLG7151W top load matching gas dryer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been using the dryer now for 2 weeks and love it. The large capacity will hold the largest loads, and the clothes come out dry.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this because I had one last it for about 15 years until it started to act up which I was given to me from kids a washer in 2009 for Christmas the thing different is the top part were you have to use the dial for both machines and the before wasn't it was just tap with fingers where you wanted and it start by pressing the start button in the dryer had a light inside. This one doesn't, but I love Both of my machines and the brand, the LG

I like that the dryer has a number of settings. It also has a count down feature for the cycle. The sensor drying feature has worked well. I have noted the countdown jumping up because the dryer senses the clothes are still damp. I was glad the door could be switched. It makes moving the clothes from the washer to the dryer much easier. The lint filter is easy to clean, there is also a feature to remind you to clean the filter. I clean mine after each load but in case I forget, the reminder is there.

This dryer along with the LG washer we have are an excellent combination. I don't believe that I would ever switch brands as we have had very good luck with both. I love the dryer. Has numerous, usable features that are simple to understand. It drys very well and evenly. It's been 13 years since we have bought a new dryer and the technology has changed quite a bit, for the better. Not sure what else to say other than this is an excellent dryer any way you look at it. The wife's happy so I'm happy. Reliability is always at the top of my list and this dryer is reliable. It's quiet, senses when to shut off the our clothes never have come out wrinkled

I did purchase this dryer year and half ago and did work very good until last week. in that time we noticed that is not producing any heat. Fortunately we did have extended warranty and service come to our home and fix heat sensor. Dryer is working as new now.

Gas valve assembly had to be replaced after owning only 30 months. Way too soon for a part that important to fail. Indicates poor quality machine.

The LG DLG7401WE 7.3 Cu. Ft. Smart Gas Dryer with EasyLoad Door delivered today does not work!

The dryer only worked for a year and then it gave out till this day (3 weeks) they can fix it their excuse is oh we don't have the ignitor when I have the part because it got shipped to me they can't get their story straight so I don't know how much longer and how much more money I'm going to spend while I wait for them to come fix it
